This really hits home with me, my twins father left me when I was pregnant too. Everything you said is what I think on a daily basis. I started a RUclips channel as well to document my life as a single mom with 4 kids, 2 of who are twins. It’s so hard doing this alone, which is why I stated YouTubing also because there are a lot of women out there like us. I’m very anxious as well and I understand your struggle. I’m going through a pretty similar situation.... not much support from friends or family. I’m in my numb stage right now.... keep your sprits up! Fake smiling for the kiddos, hoping everyday gets better!
Never put your trust in people, honestly God is the only one you can go to that will give u the help you need, lean on him...people are flawed by nature, God is perfect .maybe he's showing you this fact & waiting for u to ask for HIS HELP..I hope your doing better now & I'll keep u in my prayers...bless u Sister...ps I have the same illness and you desribed it perfectly!! Thank you for that...it helped so much to hear it from someone else🤗
It's no joke, but believe me things get better. Keep good people around you at all times. My life has been hard as well. But the older I get the better my depression get. As your kids get older you will see. And your more then good enough, your beautiful are strong. And if God didn't think that you couldn't handle things he would never has given you your life. Be Encouraged, and know that this to will past.
