That's what I was thinking. There's also 60 calories in one pump of white chocolate sauce, and this drink has two pumps. Plus the "splash of milk" is about 3 or 4 oz, which is about 40 to 50 calories. So the drink is probably more like 200 calories. Which is still half the calories of a regular venti white chocolate mocha, but no way is it 50 calories.
@@Snuzzled probably would get closer to 50 calories if this was a tall cold brew, very light ice, splash of whole milk, 1 pump of white mocha, and cold foam. If you're trying to be good and lose weight the easiest way is to ditch the larger version of the drink and go as small as you can stand it. I say this because if you get a tall and that doesn't satisfy you, you end up getting something else to quench you thirst with, it kind of defeats the purpose.
@@JamieRobles1.... but the foam itself is 70 calories and the mocha sauce is 60 calories a pump. The drink you described is at least 130 calories. It could never be less than that due to the calories of the individual ingredients
It’s all about which milk to get (plant based milk are obviously a healthier option than whole milk, etc) and the number of pumps can also affect the sugar levels of a drink :) I also do not believe this drink is 50 calories, it’s not possible-
I work at Starbucks and our cold foam is nothing but sugar and fat (120 calories)
I’m not sure this is 50 calories, the cold foam itself is already 70 cals

My was 60 calories
@@jenniferbowman9601 I'm sorry, but whoever told you that was 60 calories lied. A single pump of the mocha syrup alone is 60 calories.
A water frappe is your best bet for healthy

Healthier option is heavy cream no sugar all plant mills have sugar and carbs and oxalates like almonds
Mine was 60 Calories
No way this is only 50 calories
“Mmh its really good” - 😐
It was good but cost $8.70
