I've been to the Danube delta when I was younger. We went camping with tents and everything, caught our own fish and made a campfire, played guitars and sang together, it was an amazing experience! The fresh fish tastes sooo good, especially when you caught it yourself, it felt like going back to the simple, natural lifestyle. And the frog legs are the best chicken meat I ever tasted in my life! They taste like sweet chicken meat but much tender and juicy, delicious! An unforgettable experience. You can experience the Danube delta in so many ways. Romania has pretty much everything when it comes to landscape and nature, from tall snow-covered mountains, peaceful and atmospheric swamps, green valleys full of beautiful flowers and speckled with white fluffy sheep, hills of fruit trees, spooky forests, fun beaches for sunbathing, caves to explore and beautiful waterfalls. Such a gem!
After 30 years of democracy, no ambasador, or minister of turism managed to rise to the top Romania like you did Mark. On behalf of romanian people i thank you. I love you Romania.

Almost all of us are as shown in this video and it does not matter your nationality. As long as you are kind to us, we will be kind too. PS: I would avoid talking about land history, as some hungarians have the impression that some parts of Romania belong to Hungary and they are not very nice about it. Romanians try to avoid this conversation, but we mighy get defensive about our country, if someone will keep going on and on about this subject. Another delicate subject for us is that we sometimes are confused with the bad gypsies from Romania, especially by the English and the French. I said the bad gypsies as they are the ones who are known for stealing, but there are also loads of gypsies who are honestly working and minding their own lives. Most of romanians (as there are also bad seeds as in every other country) will try to get a grasp of what kind of human you are and after we made an impression, no matter your nationality or religion, if you are kind, we are nice people. We might be a little too curious and honest about our thoughts, as we don'ts see this as a bad thing.

Outside the seaside food seen in this video, it's hard to tell how healthy it is. Romania and Bulgaria have the highest rates of death in the EU due to circulatory system issues. The saturated fat and cholesterol content in a lot of the dishes may have something to do with it.

@@caterynca When I see comments like these I'm almost ashamed to call myself "Romanian". Saying stuff like that is a clear indication of a total lack of education and knowledge of history. Ever since Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the birth of modern Turkey (that was a century ago), our countries have had the best diplomatic and economic relations. Not to mention that even when we fought each other we still manifested mutual respect and had constant ties. And Turkish traders have settled in present day Romania for centuries and lived in peace and harmony with the local population. Take Constanta as an example. It's a model of different cultures and religions (Turk Muslims and Romanian Christians) living together in perfect harmony, friendship and respect. Let me also mention that while I was in Turkey I got to know some amazing people that made me feel more at home than in some regions of Romania. But that's how we as a nation have become. The more uneducated and frustrated we are, the more we spill our poison online (probably because in real life nobody listens and thus social media is a land where everyone can say whatever they feel like under a retarded and impersonal id like "caterynca"). In conclusion, I'm not saying this really as a reply, but for non-Romanians to understand that not all Romanians are brainless primates. To end this rant, I don't know if you understood, but the guy was actually complimenting our country.

@@caterynca When I see comments like these I'm almost ashamed to call myself "Romanian". Saying stuff like that is a clear indication of a total lack of education and knowledge of history. Ever since Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the birth of modern Turkey (that was a century ago), our countries have had the best diplomatic and economic relations. Not to mention that even when we fought each other we still manifested mutual respect and had constant ties. And Turkish traders have settled in present day Romania for centuries and lived in peace and harmony with the local population. Take Constanta as an example. It's a model of different cultures and religions (Turk Muslims and Romanian Christians) living together in perfect harmony, friendship and respect. Let me also mention that while I was in Turkey I got to know some amazing people that made me feel more at home than in some regions of Romania. But that's how we as a nation have become. The more uneducated and frustrated we are, the more we spill our poison online (probably because in real life nobody listens and thus social media is a land where everyone can say whatever they feel like under a retarded and impersonal id like "caterynca"). In conclusion, I'm not saying this really as a reply, but for non-Romanians to understand that not all Romanians are brainless primates. To end this rant, I don't know if you understood, but the guy was actually complimenting our country.
