Fun fact: Apparently, the reason for the beach/tropical type intro is because they wanted the theme to change into the normal version N. Sanity Beach we all know when Crash did his first spin after waking up washed ashore.

Only crash 2 and 3 cortex theme, the first one is not released yet. Josh mancell has all the preconsole tracks, we will need to wait until he decides to share cortex theme

basically its the original music, before being compressed
The one that you hear in the game is a midi version with compressed or low quality instruments. (i can be a little wrong, i am pretty bad with some music and tech concepts)
