Foxx made an undeniable hit with Wipe Me Down right at the time Trill was going nationwide but since Boosie was supposed to be "The Guy" they did a remix and gave it Boosie and said featuring Foxx and Webbie. Why? Because Boosie didn't have that kinda hit in him no more. They tried to save him with that move but his time had passed. Foxx lost his one chance for a nationwide banger that mightve catapulted his career and Boosie still has never made a classic album...at least not at the national level. Webbie is simply better. His proof is a certified classic albums on a nationwide level.
