Yes, please watch the 3 additional sequels. It was nice to see fellow Alastair Sim Christmas Carol fans, my dad and I felt the same as you that his was the definitive version!
I hope y'all continue it to the end, I loved all 4 of them for different reasons for each, they use the same cast and add awesome new characters, they grow with each one, so good.
Ah, the director's cut - nice! Most important addition in this version is the sniper scene, still don't know why they did not include it in the original theater cut.
When it was first released, the sniper scene was included; I remember it. It was later cut after frequent school shootings. I guess not to influence others to do so and/or trigger those who've been affected.
Love all the Lethal Weapon movies. Great action and comedy. Not to mention Mel Gibson is pretty easy on the eyes. I’m down for more! Great reaction Nick and Jen! ❤🍿🎥
Have you seen “The Belles of St. Trinian's” from 1954 that stars Sir Alastair Sim, the first in the St Trinian’s series? Along the same line how about “The Lady Killers” from 1955 staring Sir Alec Gunnies and a young Peter Sellers.
Is this a new cut ? I've never seen the initial Sniper scene before ? Definitely watch the rest. They are all pretty good and it's worth it for the 'Froggy' story in the final movie.
@@LarryFleetwood8675 All of these scenes are available on almost every version of the film released on DVD. I saw these scenes over 20 years ago. They're not new at all.
@@LeviBoldock They may be there now in recent releases but they were not in the old DVD releases, pretty sure not 20 years ago or I must have some very old DVDs, I have those old releases and they're missing there. They're not even in a crappy Blu-ray release I have, they may be there as extras on releases but that's something else we're talking the actual movie here.
Ohhhhhhh Nick, the look your mom gave when you said, "Eric Clapton? I've heard that name before"... lol.. Jen, time to educate him on the Derick and the Dominos, Cream and of course, Clapton on his own... lol
Yeah total of 4 movies. I really like this series of movies one of my all time favorite cop duo movies. Joe P shows up in 2 and then is in the rest of the movies.
I respectfully disagree about A Christmas Carol. The George C. Scott version is by far the best. lol That being said I hope you continue with the series. In my opinion there is not a bad movie in any of the 4 Lethal Weapon movies. Some are better than the others of course but they are all very good. 3 is my personal favorite.

we'll never be too old for this shit!
🤣🤣🤣
Darlene Love who plays Mrs Murtaugh sings All Alone on Christmas 😊
There are cast additions in each subsequent movie that warrant watching all 4 Lethal Weapon movies.

I don't think i've ever seen that scene before
I just wondered as I've seen this movie a million times and never seen the TV smashing scene. Going to have to dig around for the directors cut now.
I thought it was the wrong movie
I've never seen some scenes before...ever

Finally someone who immediately got the Three Stooges reference!
That sniper scene wasn't in the theatrical release.
Nobody ever comments but Roger is quickest of the two drawing that gun!
An amazing franchise! Keep going with the other movies you won’t be sorry!

All 4 movies are equally good!
Please watch Lethal Weapon 2 next! it's incredible!
The music composer of this film, the late great Michael Kamen composed the title theme and background score for the "Band Of Brothers" series. :))
Interesting! 😀

New cut yes, I've never seen it either only used to the theatrical release that for some reason didn't include this.
It's the director's cut, which has been around forever. There's about three or four extra scenes in it.
@@LeviBoldock That's still a 'new' cut since none of this is in the old DVD releases.

4:42 unloaded on him!!!!
I have never seen the school part.

You guys should definitely react to Air America!

Was this some sort of alternate cut?

Mels acting...oh man
Joe Pesci doesn't appear until the next movie.
And a terrific movie it is too, yes.
“They FU in the drive through!”
👍
This was not the theatrical version
I HATE director's cuts. Useless scenes that were cut for a reason. Movie is better without them.
