Chronos can't learn Revitalize, The World, or Intangible until most likely late 70s+ so it isn't out of the ordinary for Arachniak not learning its signature move yet.

Sorry I haven't been doing these as often as I do it's surprisingly difficult to create new moves after the 30 day mark and my overall passion for doin this has died down so they probably won't be daily anymore? Or at least I'll probably not still by the rules of the making a new move every day (like items that would be cool or mechanics that could improve the quality of life)

I’m really confused why wish added a signature move for the new doodle when you can’t even get it yet.
They did that for multiple doodles, like how Chronos gets something at like level 98.
