I expected them to have challenges since they didn't try to know each other better, but I didn't see that twist coming. Great story, cast and crew.. I like the fact that they both admitted allowing their desires lead them and repented, putting God at the centre stage. It also highlights the importance of praying for people when they come to mind or you get a revelation about them. I also learnt from the sermon that prophecy means warfare, you don't just relax because you know God's promise.

They don't make them like this anymore. It is such a relatable and excellent piece with eternal lessons. Simple but with profound lessons. The beauty of it is that each main character eventually finds their way to the Lord. The Lord directs our path in a wonderful way even as we make our plans with the aim of leading us closer to Him and with a deeper awareness of godliness. We can choose to listen and follow His lead or heed His correction or we can also give in to settling and despair. Wonderful work!
I always say this: 'no matter your age, whether you are young or old, take some time to know the lady or man you want to get married to. E get why'.
I love this movie soooo much, though I delayed watching it two months after it was released. The last part when Esther got up gave me a teary eye.
The storyline is amazing. The plot twist did it all for me.
The sermon that was on play about FAITH is a good one too. And the ending when Esther was admonishing us, telling us to choose faith over fear and love over mere lust is epic.
God bless Sewedo Wusa for this. I knew I would not be disappointed when I remembered that he is the script supervisor for Abattoir ❤️.

I had fun watching this, so many lessons to learn. My key take home is to pray for friends and family when I have the promptings and not push it aside. God help us to understand the true meaning of love and always put him first before anything. Indeed #Love is deeper than mere lust.
