Tourisme est une industrie à part entière est pas conséquent de l'emploi et des revenu pour les régions, aucune raison pour réserver des lieux à quelques gâtés et chanceux( 6 semaines de vacances/an ou 45 jours jours pas suffisants pour les trimeurs).

If Tamraght gets modernized and the infrastructure improves, won't that also mean more tourism and therefore higher cost of living? What about the locals? Will they be able to remain or will rent become too expensive for them?
More tourists means more investment for locals.
That is a dark and negative attitude. A modern Tamraght means more job opportunities for the locals (artisants, fishermen, etc...) , higher standard of living, better services and more livable conditions.
