So flipping excited for you!! Dogs hold a special place in my heart!! Oh my gosh!! I would love to be in the middle of those 300 Huskies ❤️💕😂😂Happiest place on Earth!!
Hee hee. Awww thank you so much. I've been watching your other VLOGs and getting so excited about my holiday. Thank you soooo much for all your amazing information and advice. I can't tell you how useful it is :)
Omg, that scenery is amazing! I feel a little bad for the dogs, I hope they're treated nicely and they're all happy. That house boat is Huge! I love your videos. They always inspire me to travel more.
That's why we wanted to visit to see how the conditions were and what happens, they weren't trying to hide anything and Aimee would have been beating people up if she knew there was something wrong. Glad you're loving the videos! 😁
OMG I just loved watching this Vlog it was so great to watch the huskies they truly looked happy and so so sooooo beautiful, also glad you seen some moose in your journey.
Hello Ayush, Yes for this trip a lot of our activities were given to us for free by the companies to highlight then in our videos. We have mentioned that this is quite an expensive trip so if we ever went back we would need to save quite a bit to be able to do all of the activities we did in this series! But choosing one or two can cut the costs down and you can still have a brilliant epxerience!! One to save for for sure!
Lady moose, guys, ladies. lol Great yis had good time. Wouldn't be convinced by the sleders. 300 dogs and they all 'retire' with the staff. Don't want to be a downer, some shocking stories out there, even from places that are highly regulated like Canada. Hopefully that place was one of the better ones.
For certain they look after all the dogs, I know them well. I cant speak about other places but at Villmarkssenter they spend a lot of time caring for them.
Great you think they look after all the dogs, not just when are active, but also all the inevitable puppies that don't 'cut it', injured dogs and older dogs when they retire. A big and very expensive commitment.
We wanted to go and see it for ourselves as we weren't sure at all about the sledding that's why we didn't do it. But from what we saw, none of the dogs looked stressed or anxious and all the staff were real friendly and looked like they genuinely cared about the dogs. Lady moose 😂👌 Thanks for clearing that up we're such rookies! Couldn't believe that we saw them in the WILD!! We have to come to Canada.. hope you've got room in your bed
Great the dogs weren't stressed when you saw them. All but the very worst provide for their dogs in fairness (but there are those too!). It makes sense that they look after them, it's how they make their money...like a taxi driver looking after their car. For myself I'd still be asking what happens to the dogs when they can no longer work, and all the puppies that don't make the grade. It's just not possible that they all become sledders 😢 I've family in Canada, and travelled there, but not from there....let alone having a bed of my own! If I ever get a place somewhere, with a bed, I'll stock up on the sugary sweets and send yis an invite! 😂
there is laws in Norway that prevent you from just killing the dogs that dont make the quote on quote ''requirements'' and these dogs rarely get any disformations etc. You cant just shoot the dog or put it down when it gets old because then you would end up in jail. They probably have other people that foster them when they retire aswell.
Best vlog ever......I would stay with the doggies for weeks....so cool!
Guten Morgen Benjamin und viel Spaß beim Kaffe trinken👽
Thanks for doing your research on the dogs. Glad they are taken care of😊
