I miss open shots, and open layups sometimes, I need to use almost all my strength to shoot threes right behind the line, and the court that I play at doesn't even have an nba height basket. Maybe it's bcos I never had any proper training, or bcos I don't have talent, or both... I just wish I could be as good as my friends

+Raiyan Ramzy I know the feeling - I loved soccer/football - whatever you call it - but I was not as good as any of my friends neither my parents encouraged me because I too belong to a country where football is not a big thing - but I have recently started getting results - and the reason is PRACTICE -- I spent 3 hours in the field 4-5 days a week and then 2-3 hours training at home every single day (running around furniture) and I try to imagine situations in my mind sometimes -- I have been doing this for almost 6 months and then the results started showing -- don't be demoralized -- train hard and stick to whatever style you think suits you the most -- #respect to you for not giving up - I know the feeling all too well bro :)

Imagine he comes back in 2014 and goes against KD for MVP an then in 2015 and 2016 he and Curry have a battle of Point Guards and their different styles would really be cool to watch. And now it's not the LeBron show in the East.

Everyday walking was too much to withstand sometimes, it's motivated me to educate myself on how to strengthen my legs so I won't re injure and be able to play till my surgery. One of the best decisions I made to play senior basketball this year, though I'm limited to what I once could do I'm perfectly accepting of being a role player coming off the bench on a winning team.

Ethan Coady I feel like he has changed his game for the better. Not really relying on his physical abilities as much anymore. His shooting technique is much better and his work during the off season is really showing. I expect he will make some serious noise over the years regardless of the injuries.

He's still MVP worthy, but his 3 point shot is a struggle for him. He used to be like curry. But he's still my favorite player and in the top 10 point guards MVP MVP MVP!!!!

Am i the only one thinking this?In the start of the video, there was a cutscene of Drose1 saying this:"Why cant i be the MVP of the league.I cant see why i cant be the best player in the league".With my hero saying that he has been injured ALOT during the regular season of 2014-15 but through roughness he still made it in the top 15.Im glad to hear hes becoming a better player than realy any young player has.And also,i have his jersey in the closet waiting for me to put it on and go to training.Im 11 years old and im indeed a HUGE fan of Drose.Drose surley youre not going to read this but if a miracle happens then please know this:Whatever you do,NEVER give up on a 2nd MVP award.I truly wish the best for you and hopefuly you will recover soon from that Injury.

Damn I miss the old d rose. I don't even like him that much, he just had such a good talent. If he kept going I think him and Lebron would've lead the this league, it's really a shame.

If only Derrick Rose was in a war with love... if he was, the landscape of the NBA would’ve been rewritten. truly sad to see an incredible young potential hall of fame talent and athleticism just taken away by injuries. Truly heartbreaking as a basketball fan. Best wishes and prayers to him everyday
