this brings me so much peace seeing how completely chill you were at literally 7cm dilated and talking and laughing through contractions lol i’m praying that i’ll have the same experience with natural birth. any day now! 🫶🏼

This is the first video I’ve seen of yours…10 min in and I’m subscribed!! Your energy is radiant, and I finally found a birth vlog I can relate to. I went into the hospital with my first at 6cm and the nurses were absolutely shocked since I was still smiling, joking and acting normally. I didn’t have an epidural even though the doctor was sure I would want one lol *nothing against having an epidural…I just didn’t feel the need to have one* Thank you for sharing your story, and I can’t wait to go back and watch the videos of your pregnancy!!

Oh wow, women drinking coffee on the due date, that will rock my emotions straight into anxiety not any energy, wow I can't even imagine what levels of anxiety it can cause with all the pregnancy hormones, plus natural excitement and andrenaline... Noway Jose, I rather keep my hormones and emotions at bay as much as I can naturally. And to all that prone to anxiety, please take a world of advise the coffee that is given to us, is not energy at all, all it does it cause your heart working harder and what tricks you to you think you got energy but all you got is anxiety, and over time you only drinking besically more anxiety because you think you need more. God provided natural energy for us after we resting and eating natural foods and that is real coffee, the coffee in corporate is not energy but a scam energy which is anxiety. Literally scam, no matter how quality they say.
