Done in a decent manner but by not sharing price you have wasted viewers time. I see that our so called designers including Mazhar Munir greatly lack innovation and variety. It's not just about slightly changing the facade but also about what unique proposition you bring in the internal design. All the designs are similar by these commercial builders. Builders need to innovate in terms of house designs (layout) and how to reduce cost for end user benefit. Builders should also work with local materials as they are more friendly to our environment. Please innovate and charge reasonable profits in your projects.
Ground floor has same old design , nothing special. Jacuzzi is worthless and as always poorly designed vanities on the main floor..end up putting your toothpaste, toothbrush and miswaak on top for everyone to see. Hopefully you made sure that no toxic fumes are emitting from the polyurethane on the wall. Full basement is nice though.
