Most perfect and prime location in the United States. But I know, as a lifelong Los Angeles native I'd want to move out after experiencing a 5.0 or greater earthquake in this building. Even though Im sure its build to withstand quakes, its absolutely no fun at all being in such a tall building during a quake and waiting for subsequent aftershocks.
