4.0 caused erratic battery reading. I charge it full. It takes like 2 hours (charger is 5v 1.5 amp). Then I listen to songs and in around an hour, the battery indicator goes to one point (red) and it turns off. If I power up, it the battery shows 3 points again in an hour it goes to one point (red) and goes off. The cycle repeats and remember I'm not charging just restarting flip 4. I want to downgrade to 3.8 or 3.9. How can I do that?

This didn't work for me. All the lights come on and everything when I do reset, but it doesn't make the normal "ping" sound when I turn it back on. It did this before and I had to do something different.
