Praise the lord sister. I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago after seeing a psych for 12 years. In and out of Psych Clinic and struggling with anxiety daily. Depresssion. 2 weeks on lithium I feel human again. All the anyi depresssnts I had been trialed on with massive side effects was pure hell. I’m glad I got the diagnosis as now things make allot more sense. I pray 🙏 for your recovery
I hope you will make more videos. Hearing you speak has helped me and I'm sure other people could be helped, too, by your experiences. Sending you hugs. I get where you are coming from. Me, too. Lithium 900 mg daily for 9 years. I take Propranolol 40mg daily for essential fine tremors in my hands. Plus, a few other meds, too, all bipolar related. I was on Divalproex for a while. Yes, water, water and more water. Keep your kidneys happy and you will stay healthy. Lithium is the drug of choice for Bipolar. I went through 20 different meds before I found the right combination. Then again, I did not receive a diagnosis until I was 35. I am blessed to have the same psychiatrist for 21 years. For sure, meds get you on your feet and therapy is very helpful. Yes, like you, I had to reach a certain point of wellness before I could work on getting better. Thank you for your honesty.
Hugs and all the best from the another oasis fan that’s half the world away from you! Keep going to the psychotherapist, love and don’t stop accepting yourself! You’re one of the most honest and attractive people on RUclips I’ve ever seen! It’s cool you take lithium, coz according to the new data, lithium is number one medication to cope with the bipolar disorder. Hope to see you soon here with only best news! Sending many serotonin and dopamine to you! 😂😊
ALANA GRACE all is ok, thank you! 😊😊 and the other really meaningful thing is not to destabilize your brain with the alcohol/drugs. We all are different for sure, but it what helps me personally😅
Might be put on this although I think I have borderline personality disorder but it wouldn’t surprise me if I have bipolar 2 disorder. I’m currently on abilify and it’s not working with my mood swings & I’m tired throughout the day although I know that’s a symptom but I have a driving job so I don’t think it’s safe to take it.
Hi, thanks for the Video. This is obviously quite old but are you still taking Lithium and if yes what has your experience been so far? Thanks in advance :)
Hi! I’m not on lithium anymore because I was having a lot of med symptoms and the levels got too high. Plus I was still having episodes. I now take Epilim and Quetiapine as a mood stabliser. Lithium works well for a lot of people just not for me personally. I have a video all about Epilim on my channel if you want to check it out 😊❤️

Thanks for sharing. Good to know your experience with that salt. Nirvana, nice.
The "jitteryness", yep, it's lithium. I've been on it for over a month, it has changed my life. Though there are side effects, I can't care less.
Thank you for this video.
No worries 😊
