Hi Vidhya, congratulations and appreciate your efforts..We are thinking of white quartz as an upgrade by builder.But heard few heat resistant and various stain issues with white quartz...You might have tested various types with all stains.. please suggest us for choosing for our South Indian kitchens

Yes, quartz is much better. It's not heat resistant but no stain issues. I will share how I maintain it as well. Thanks

It depends upon the design. As our counters were all white, we opted for dark blue cabinets.

Hello Mam...your kitchen design is excellent...how do you bring the RO water to the sink...I m building a house now tiles laying finished....can u upload a video how to hide the ro system and get water to the sink...my plumber could not understand if I ask one...if it is hidden how do you maintain it hygienically..

1. Do we get turmeric/other stains in white sink from Indian style of Cooking?
2. And does it give black line/ stains if any of the dishes accidentally scratch the porcelain material?

No. A good quality one shouldn't. Also I use Mrs. Meyers cleaning products. That helps a lot.

Hi....love your kitchen .esp the farmhouse sink .we are planning to renovating out kitchen n I’m eyeing on the farmhouse sink ,I have one question abt tat which I wanna make sure ,does it stain?they say it’s stain proof but in our Indian cuisine turmeric stain and spice easily make stain is hard to remove so how it’s working out with the sink? And also how u manage with your white countertop with stain ?

No. It doesn't stain. Pickles, turmeric, beets juice no issue both countertops and sink. I will share my cleaning products list soon.

All our cabinets are wood and painted with the color Benjamin moor soot
Can you confirm you used BM Soot for your cabinets? I have that shade as an accent in my bathroom and it reads black but your cabinets come across like a blue gray. Thanks!
We used lacquer for the material and it was color matched to BM soot.

It came with its own filtration system. We didn't add anything further.

California. They are maple cabinets and no lamination. We painted maple with Benjamin moor soot. That's the color.

Thanks :-) Just make sure you don't keep anything hot on the quartz. Other than that, nothing in specific. I use Mrs. Meyers, multipurpose kitchen cleaner. It takes care of everything. :-)

No stains. Just regular cleaning with good quality cleaning solution. Been using it for 7 months, no issues.

White sink gives any stain of turmeric or other food colors ? Say we drain boiled pasta or soya chunks water and I added turmeric while boiling .. does it give any stain in sink?
So no stains in the sink. Material quality plays a major role.
How do you clean the white countertops? I have white countertops in our apartment , but it has turmeric stain , very hard to remove .. any suggestions?
I use Mrs Meyers cleaning product and also grove collaborative one. My next video has this included as well. Hoping to put it our on monday or tuesday.

Yes we hired custom cabinet makers and for countertop installation. We picked the materials. Each and everyone is from different places. Do you want to know anything in particular?
