Thank you for explaining your size, getting on the beds and in the shower. This is the best series of Rv videos as most salesmen do not show the perspective of how big/small things actually are on the trailer.
This is the best Airstream by far. It's open for plan is perfect. I only had one issue. Why not pocket doors for the main bedroom? I would want a tad more privacy. The curtain is great for bunk bed area.I could live full time in this well equipped Airstream.❤ Bravo.👏👏 Well done to everyone at Airstream!🎉
There is definitely room for pocket doors which they have standard on the 33FB front bedroom Classic however, every once counts and this is designed to be a lightweight trailer.
For such a complex Caravan / RV Trailer this Guy does the best Info Video ever posted on YT, It's a lot of info to absorb but he explains it so well, And what an awesome Trailer, WTG and thanks for posting this video.
My favorite floor plan is the front bed rear bath (23FBs) but this trailer is very cool as well. Instead of an office space or bunk beds, Imagine if Airstream made a 30FB version with a Miele washer dryer combo in that space. *I guarantee you that would be a winner
Sounds like a plan! We are having a home-brew RV Show Sales Event on Feb 16th & 17th. If you are from the area, come see all the Basecamps we have, for yourself.
Those porthole windows don’t open in either bunk. It’s disappointing that there is no airflow through the bunks but downright scary that there is no fire escape when you are talking about putting four kids in there. This is especially true when you consider that the kitchen is right outside the bunks. This is a huge oversight on airstreams part in my opinion.
This is really upsetting. My wife and I were looking to buy this model but I won’t put grandkids in a camper that doesn’t have fire escapes in the sleeping area. Is there any fix for this colonial airstream? This seems really unsafe.
Your opinion is important and I hope this additional information is of value to you. The trailer is built to RVIA safety standards and complies with egress standards. Some RV owners many feel that windows that open in a kids space to be unsafe with the potential for falling out or perpetrators coming in. The trailer has an emergency exit 4' from the bunk beds in a very accessible location and it was pointed out in the video. There is also proper ventilation with two ceiling vent fans within 3' of the bunk beds. Just like at home, it is always important to walk through the trailer with guests and show them the emergency exits and fire extinguisher location.
I like this unit and floor plan but considering custom ordering the office unit. I don’t like the vista windows on awning side. I’d prefer to have the vista windows above the sofa bench on the roadside. This would allow light to enter when having the window shades closed due to close neighbors at a campsite. The storage cabinets would be above the dining area like the 28’Flying Cloud. It’s never made sense to me to have the vista windows under cover when the awning is out. I know many people don’t put their awnings out much but it’s the first thing I do once setting up, which makes the windows unnecessary.
2 additional mppt controllers to add additional solar; that’s crazy they make it so you have to be an electrician to add solar you might have to buy a solar generator and just plug it into this unit
Very happy to see that this and the office model are now available with the twin beds. Awesome!
Yes they are!
This one is a awesome trailer. ❤

Wow, thanks!
Wow! This is Sweet! Thank you for the thorough demonstration.
You are so welcome!
Great video. Airstream needs to combine this format into a Super C Motorhome.
That would be cool!

👍👍💯🇺🇸
I’m looking for land right now for a base camp and this one might be up my alley. See you when I have a base.

Very nice airstream .😊

Great layout, bottom bunk for the dog, top bunk for the cats 😅
The best!

I hope they take note of this comment. Seems like a liability.

Nice rig and very informative video, I would prefer it with the larger single bed however.
It comes that way too.
Love it!!! Little out of my price range
Thanks for checking it our Tobby

It only comes with a curtain? No door for master bedroom?
It’s a popular floor plan, and many people find the curtain to be adequate.

Can you put jack stands under an Airstream?
Yes, in proper jack locations.
@@colonialairstream Would that be the L shaped sub-frame the axles are bolted to or the rear Jack spots pointed to with arrow stickers?
Nice layout, though.
Thanks!
I check no twin bed on the website.
Check again, please. We have 5 twin bed models in our inventory for this exact model.
100k and manual stabilizers?
Thanks for looking.
Someone please call the dealership to let him know he left stove gas on!!! I hope we see more reviews from him. :)
Ha, thanks.
All I hear in this video is this man's breathing.
id want it without that top bunk
Great idea.
the door shouldn't block a window when you have it allthe way back
All that msrp and there are travel trailers at half the cost that come with auto leveling.
Thanks for looking.
Who is stopping you from buying one of those?
Pink socks lol
I like them.
@@colonialairstream real men wear pink ! Love them
Ima guess $150k.
You guessed to high
@@colonialairstreampretty darn close, $138k.
We just got one with all the options for under $119k.
No tip outs? Personally, I would never buy an RV that did not have tip outs.
I haven't seen RV tip outs used much in a long time. Many RVs have slide outs.
Patrick ... I want a W/D not an RV THAT SLEEPS 9 people.
Okay, the trailer will need to be 3' larger.
Ugly looking outside.. it looks like it has dents all over it
I just LUV this Flying Cloud 🩶 🩶🩶 I don't see how THIS LAYOUT could possibly be improved!!!
Washer/ Dryer 😊
Thanks Debbie.
