I tried this product combo and it didn’t define as much as I would like so I topped it with curl smith style fixer and sat under a hair dryer and it came out great. I have 4a type hair.

I love your videos,I use some of your methods on my frizzy hair and it really smoothed it down.I don't have your type of curls I didn't no how much work it takes to have curly hair, and the amount of products you need to purchase I always wanted curly hair. You girls are so beautiful! Lovely hair as well. My hair is so picky. It does not like most ingredients that many curly girls use such as; jojoba oil, aloe Vera, glycerin and coconut oil(sometimes). I guess it depends on the amount due to the protein. The audacity of this hair😂 Some products you use work so well with your texture, I wish my hair wasn’t so picky. Anyway, thanks for all the tips on NH.

Hi Kelsey! I have not done a wash n go yet. I tried one time and to me I looked like a person that was born in the 40’s when they used to wear Jerry curls. I attempted to do one the other day, but didn’t have the patience, and I’m a woman who has a lot of patience with two kids and a husband. 😂. Anyway, I love watching your wash n go’s Kelsey. I recently got the eden body works curl defining cream that you talked about in your last video. I will do a wash n go one day and finish it, but for now, I’m sticking to my twist outs, braid outs and protective styles. Love you Kelsey and Kendra. I hope y’all are staying safe. I’ve been using these two products as my wash & go base ever since you posted this video. I have a TWA and it works just as well for me, soft and defined curls. Soaking wet hair is key for sure when styling. I stocked up on both products so I have plenty in my stash. You never know when these companies will discontinue a product you like. Thanks for the recommendation.

I tried that Denman Brush defining technique and it was a total fail for me. I could have totally been doing it wrong, but I was over it enough to not even try it again. Maybe I might give it one more go tho.

How can you prevent breakage/ tangling from the friction with clothing? I can no longer wear my wash and go’s down because of this. Any suggestions?
When you go to sleep with your hair wet do you ever have problems with it smelling? I don't like the way my wet hair smells when it's been in a cap or scarf overnight (I hope I'm making sense lol)
It should smell like the products you are using. Do you wash your bonnets or caps?
I know what you mean. I don’t like my hair to be gathered for several hours when it is wet. It can be an ick smell. I prefer for my scalp to be dry before pineappling at night. I think it’s body chemistry. It probably depends on what I eat.
