Don't generalize the entire Africa and say "In Africa women are not supposed to have sexual need". In the case of Zambia 🇿🇲🇿🇲, that's actually a western mentally that was imposed on the local. In rural areas, it's the man's job to please his wife sexually and some of the things you're discussing are general knowledge there.
