There’s a subtitles in English video for the song on yt
They smoke charas not weed. the difference between charas and hashish (hash) is that charas is made from a live plant whereas hashish is from a dead one. Charas is wayyyyyyy stronger than weed. And you cant smoke it alone like weed. I mean you just crush the weed and put it in yo roll, and it will burn itself. Charas aint like that, you need tobacco to make it burn. So what people do over here, they get cigarettes. They empty it, and crush the tobacco in hands until its like a fine powder. That way if there are any extra things like hard leaves or literally shit which aint tobacco, can be thrown out of the tobacco powder to be made. Once the tobacco is powdered, then they attach the charas to end of a matchstick, and burn it with either a lighter or matchstick (most people prefer matchsticks cause sometimes lighters have a hard flame which can burn the charas causing it to loose its potency i.e THC and the flame is more stable) . When the charas starts to bubble after getting heated. They put that in the tobacco powder. Then mixing begins. Until it cools off , small pellets are created. Some people prefer very fine pellets whereas some people just dont care about the size (although large chunks of the mix wont burn, cause its too much). Once the mix is done, they put the mix back into the cigarette (or rolling paper like RAW or SMK etc) and compact it by tapping the filter side on a solid surface (such as the nail of the thumb). Then its time to light that sucka up.
Now a couple more things, not every cigarette's paper can handle charas. You need a hard paper for that (that is why rolling paper would be ideal). There is a cigarette called Red and White which was specifically made for this purpose (I think) cause it has the strongest paper available in the country. It burns slowly, it can handle somewhat irregularities in the size of the mix pellets, and also its tobacco is suited for this purpose. If you smoke R&W alone, like a normal cigarette, its tobacco is shit, but with charas it goes perfectly.
Lastly, all of this shit is illegal. Charas is illegal, you can go to jail for possession. I live in Peshawar, Pakistan. Afghan border is like 2 hours ride from my place. So near that side, you can get charas, the more close you get to the border you can get variety of charas. There is a market called Karkhano market, after that the area was once FATA (Federally Administered Tribal Areas) so it did not come in jurisdiction of the province of KPK (Khyber PakhtunKhwa), but there is still this business going as side business. There is a risk involved tho, cause coming back with that stuff to this side of Peshawar, there are almost 3-4 police checkposts, and you can get caught.
I smoked charas for 7 years, and I quit, because I made a promise to a very special person in my life, that I will not do it until my future is set, I have a job with a stable income. Cause it was ruining my life. Thats all folks.
Edit :- Teeraa is a place in FATA, in which there is snowfall in winter. Best charas ever in the world is made in teeraa, that red garda (garda is like another name for charas strain). Its charas is brown at first, and it becomes red and red the more you burn it. Also another thing, you can not put pure charas in the mix (cause its rock solid most of the times). So first you gotta ripe it (I cant find the perfect word for it in English, maybe "cook" it? Cause that would be the literal translation of the word). By that I mean, you have to burn it (take some of it and attach it to the end of matchstick) and then rub it strongly on your hand. Doing that, it becomes somewhat less rocky and more soft. So you can easily mix it. You gotta do this 2-3 times (before one final full heating for mixing it up) to make it easily mixable with the tobacco powder, but dont burn it like completely destroy it, just burn it to a degree so it becomes soft.
EXPERIENCE MATTERS IN ALL OF THIS.
