My house looks tiny when you see the main room but if I didn't tell you if looks like 10x10 room. My room is hidden and it looks a lot like his music office. I love hidden rooms so most of my house is hidden to the outside world

And that’s precisely what people don’t get about metal/rock stars. They aren’t creepy, rude, ignorant druggies like vergine thinks. They’re humble, kind, generous, thoughtful people
He’s gone through a huge recovery and I think that humbled him quite a bit.
He spent all his money on guitars.
He stays in LA. Perhaps cost of living is too high..

Still, this guy's music literally saved my life. I won't go into details (cause some asshat will think im wanting attention) but just know his music, his voice, his story? It means everything to me. Everything. And as creepy as that sounds, it's the truth. Hes my favorite, most down to earth, real artist that's part of a dying breed.

This is the unseen side of metal and rock bands. Sure they may sing vulgar, loud, and some would say rude music (not me), but they are some of the most down to earth, humble people you will ever meet.

I cleaned up a few years back and don't even think about getting high or drunk anymore. If the thought or stress hits i just remember how bad my life was then and how much betterbit is now. Life can suck and numbing it out does nothing but push back conciquences. I am dealing with past due bills and stupid shit from my "party decades" but with each spoonful i fill the holes i made in my past and am paving my future. Best of luck to you. Forget the past there is NOTHING you can do about it. Swallow your pride apologize to those you wronged or hurt including yourself some may say pound sand and it sucks but give them space and prove you can be the person you were before. Your AWESOME for being a quitter. My nephew tells me all the time. Hey unc your the best quiter ever and i love ya. That makes it worth it rivht there
When I got sober I still had problems and I was like damn i thought it was because I was wasted... Coping skills for me was focus on learning business. I figured if i could manage a business I could manage my life and managing my life was solving these persistent problems . It all when hand in hand and the best source was no shit THE BIBLE. Not really church or anything but just me reading it. It's such an amazing adventure on so many levels and enriched everything. Now in a truck driver jamming out on 5 finger 80mph over mountains all night long and gross 350,000 a year!!!!
I am 46 years old and I I have been sober for 2 years now. First time since I was 14 years old. KEEP IT UP . Be proud of each and every day you get farther away from the demon 😈. Each day is a struggle but keep up the good work and good things should have come your way

Thanks to my ex husband ..I had the honor of meeting Ivan Moody backstage after a show in SATX in 2010. He was sooo cool and genuine, talked to us for about 30 min just about the city, food, music... Vey Humble guy and super nice. So, glad he's doing great now ..He's still one of favorite singers of all time 😊😊

Ivan and the whole band of ffdp have been a huge inspiration my whole life. Threw my drug and alcohol problems to almost dying, to the almost the end of my marriage. Their music always spoke to me. They have always beem my favorite band, thank you for everything. Never stop! Always keep rocking!

I was there when you guys first went to IRAQ and Kuwait, that made my entire time over there!!! My favorite band was coming to where I was and I wasnt alone anymore, I got pics with you guys I got your autographs I drew a pic and every picture that the uso took one of you guys was holding the drawing I did. I loved this video. I really enjoyed seeing more into Ivan's personal life. This is the first time I ever seen a behind the scenes with any band and I must say, I am astonished. I never expected Ivan to have such a well decorated, organized, and peaceful home. I also loved how he took it apron him self to not let a disability slow him down in his home and changed the whole schematics of his house. It's funny that I wouldn't have thought of Ivan to have a chihuahua (I'm a fan of them) and or be such a down to earth Zen man. 5fdp is my favorite band of all time
Keep up the great work. I can always count on your songs getting me through whatever I am going through. Definitely helped in the past couple of years with my marriage and made me take a step back to fix me, not anyone else, just me. My zen is to sit by the lake, with the phone off, no one around, close my eyes looking at the sun, and just listen to the waves. Then I feel at peace.
I grew up listening to Pantera it was a part of me being young and not conforming to all the rules and bullshit people put up with on a daily basis, music always help push me to do the things I wanted to do with my life. When Panteras era started to fade out I remember being like fuck there goes some of my inspiration and motivation and memories of my youth, but then like Ivan says the torch was passed on and I heard 5FDP for the first time and was completely blown away. It was like going back in time and starting my life with new dreams and new ideas. Music has always been a good thing in my life, I have long days and bad days, and good days and fucking insane days. But I put on some music and it helps to center me and helps me to take some time catch my breath and move on. So from me to you much respect to you and your music and motivation and inspiration. And to the person/people who made these video sessions you guys killed it thank you.
Wow just wow!! Pantera is my ultimate favorite and when I first heard you guys there was something that just reminded me of them. I have a hard time listening to their songs now because my best friend was killed and it just reminds me of him so much. Even now I’ve been clean over 18 years it’s still the 1 thing that can bring out instant tears. But you guys are absolutely amazing too!!
