Never heard this music, it's a nice spring theme! Notice how the icons in the 14 day trend do net reflect those of the 7 day forecast, i.e rain vs complete sun!
Hey Andrew are you still compiling a list of TWN music? I've got about 124 of the music tracks down on an Excel spreadsheet (tunes from 1990-2020) including artist, title, and music library or production company.
Found out this song was produced by Ken Vendevrie with ADS Media. Sadly his music is not available on a production music website, being specifically produced for TWN. Not sure what the song title is either.
Later in that year they started using the music in which both TWN and MM would share the same local forecast music for many years until they started using different songs once again.

They should bring back these LF's on the day of the real TWN 20th ann. (mid May) and i think it would be time for a new theme as well.
