Excellent informative and useful as always. Lovely office you have there.................
And as always, drop the slamball with good technique!!! Sorry, couldn’t help myself... 😅😂🤣
I was rewatching all nerd video series again. A gentle reminder about nerd programme accounting for sports. Love your content. Great work.
thank you
The Movement, except the drop, is the same when you pick up your kid and Carry it.
including the drop....
Wicked humour not sure how long it will be allowed but could help but laugh
I laughed
Hi Mark, just a general question in regards to all tools, when volume cycling, which rep range would you recommend getting to before starting a heavy day? 6s on light days, and 3s on heavy , or is it better to hit 10reps and do 5 on a heavy day? Is that even applicable across all tools or does it vary greatly? I’m tryin to figure out a system that would work across the board...
Oooooo.... big question..., hmmmm., which program idea are we talking about. Because it’s different for each leg
@@MarkWildman I guess I’m thinking of just more shotgun solving nerd math volume cycling videos? As an overall philosophy to training, I agree w you, it’s BY FAR the best approach I’ve ever heard of. I’m tryin to figure out a simple way of applying it to clubs, kettlebells, and body weight as well, if that’s even possible? Maybe percentage based off of total reps as a starting point cuz obviously some people can only do so many pull-ups, etc.? My confusion comes when mixing in bells and esp clubs due to the extra torque demands. I’m nearing the point in my cycles that I feel a heavy day should be added for all exercises, but at what point should I make that jump. 20 pendulums is way different than 12 pull-ups. Does any of this make sense I hope?
Afraid to say that I have been over run with work so much I have not seen much on RUclips for a couple of weeks. I obviously have missed a lot and really like these slamball moves as it appeals to my past experience work wise. I need to source one of these. What weight do you recommend to begin markwildman?
30 lbs for people who don’t have a work history. 40 for people who do. There’s a lot of weird moves I’m building in here
@@MarkWildman thanks, its really interesting. Before retraining I was a bricklayer so love the practical stuff
I am super into practical stuff. You’ll love the slam ball program when it gets in
Which ball and kg would you recommend for bigginer?
Doing 15kg it's nice but been doing stuff a while try 10kg maybe?
I see DVG has a follower lol
