“I loved it from the get” “Organize our life” “If you don’t have one you are an amateur” “We can diy this shit” “That’s a m f’ing prepping god” “You better go get your life right” “Get right with Jesus” “Get you a combo of cheap and expensive” “I’m not tryna cause a fire, don’t scare me” “That’s really going to suck on big out day” “Dial 911 for me” and of course “I’m a professional” & “1,2,3 go” “You never know, they might listen to us” Hahahahaha Vivian rocks!! Love her.
Well I went crazy in my house looking for all the junk batteries, husband thought I was going crazy.. I said NOPE MAN VIVIAN JUST SAVED YOUR LIFE!! Girl I adore you 🤗
My Dad was an electrician until he retired & he always stored batteries in the refrigerator in one of the drawers. That drawer was only for batteries. For whatever weird reason, I do this too😂😂😂 Now I always knew he’s a genius,& made sure those little fire starters weren’t all around the house, safe in their own refrigerated drawer✌🏽✌🏽 Carry a couple nine volts when camping, hiking, etc, with a bit of steel wool( doesn’t need to be a soap pad, plain steel wool will do & it’s cheaper),easiest & quickest way to start a camp fire😻👍🏽
Kay bunce I am a retired electronic engineer and we kept all our batteries in the fridge in the lab. We refrigerated photographic film, too. Not a myth.
From experience, my car is much harder to start in the winter. The myth started in the 70’s and I do not think cold is good for batteries. I keep all mine in a little plastic bin, and each type in their own zippy. Works great and I know exactly where they are :)
Anne Carrick your car battery is not a primary cell. It is a storage battery. Yes, technical mumbo-jumbo, suffice to say the chemical reaction in a car battery is completely different from that of an alkaline cell. Alkaline batteries are better stored in a fridge or freezer.
I keep checking your subscriber count... And I'm shocked each time. You should have way more than this by now. Your channel is awesome. 😁 Keep up the good, funny, relatable videos!!!
OMG!! I made the mistake of watching you while my husband was trying to sleep! I was giggling so hard I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago & when you held yourself i had to hold my incision because i has laughing so hard! 😂😂 (new subbie)
I keep my batteries in the freezer electrician told me it keeps their life longer and safe. I laughed so hard when you said you grabbed your crotch! Lol I have multiple sclerosis and laughter is the best medicine when I have a bad day I watch your videos before it’s over I always feel better. Thank you keep videos coming!
Vivian you are my life I adore every video! I can't tell you how much JOY you bring to my life every video you have me laughing! You leave me with a smile and your like the family member I wish I had! keep being you cause you are awesome!
Wow, you went above and beyond testing this Battery Master out, even showing us how 9V batteries might spark. I'm impressed! I love all your reviews but this one went a step farther. Kudos!
Holding your crotch for safety reasons😂😂😂Oh my gosh. I'm dying here😂😂😂😂 Now, I have to go look for all my scattered 9 volt batteries. Keep these AWESOME videos coming❤
Great video. We got good information, sparks flying and a public service warning about sparks flying. Lol years ago I asked a coworker if he was a prepper. He said nah if the shtf I'll just knock someone who is all stocked up out and take their stuff. I was incredulous but when he asked if I was a prepper I promptly said no! I worried for a long time after that if he knew where I lived.
I was so shocked! 😱 I didn't actually except the battery to spark so easily! 🙀 Also, I would need a 2nd Farris wheel, cuz I never think I have them. So maybe, the 2nd could be smaller. 🤷♀️ Looks like there's enough space.
Paused this video to order from Amazon. I have a battery junkyard combination graveyard drawer.I stood all the batteries up so they wouldn't touch. Thank you Vivian you may have saved a family of 5.
It's true. I once was at home and kept smelling this funky burnt smell, and I kept looking in the kitchen. But nothing was going on in the kitchen, so I kept smelling this faint smell for like 30 minutes, and I finally was able to trace it to my study, and I looked under the desk and a battery had fallen under the desk and was touching a paperclip and it was trying to catch the carpet on fire! It was smoldering!!! The paperclip was touching both positive and negative nodes of the battery at the same time, and the whole thing was burning hot. I'm so glad I was home at the time.
Vivian is exactly right...you could make this same thing at home for $5 or even less. $19.99? I don't think so. Thanks Vivian, you rock. People can afford to buy more batteries with the money you just saved them.
My family has always stored all of our batteries in the freezer or refrigerator. It helps the batteries to keep a longer charge. Excellent video and I love your humor!! Have a good night. Aloha🤙
I still cant believe you do not have millions of subscribers!!!! You are hands down the best channel to watch. I can watch ur videos for hours ! You are hilarious!!! Love you vivian! Keep up the great videos! ❤️☺️❤️☺️
Wow! I guess its true when they say "we learn something new every day". Thanks for the heads up about the 9V batteries. I just separated mine. You are awesome Viv.....
Before purchasing anything from the TV, I always watch your videos first. I've learned, from watching you, commercials don't always give you the whole scoop on a product. Thank-you for making my life easier. :)
Im addicted to watching you now .i binge watched you now i cant wait for a new one. Your personality is perfect for you tube and you are funny as all get up 😂 the more videos you do the better and funnier you get i cant get enough . And I’ve spent way too much money after watching your videos but because of you i spent it on the right stuff TY TY Keep them coming you are part of my daily life now hugs Laura
I used to work in an adult type store.... We sold, eheemm... Adult Toys.... That took batteries... When we did "Home Shows" we would tell the party goers to stock up and store batteries in the freezer. To this day, I still have friends that go to grab ice or whatever, out of my freezer and give me a strange look when they see a door full of batteries. Hey, don't judge, I like to be prepared for anything, like an electrical storm. Or something... 😉😜😘
Em22 you are right to long term store batteries in fridge or freezer. The cold drastically slows self-discharge. Ummm... that is awkward in close proximity to the words "adult toys". 😎
I was a Heart Monitor tech. The heart monitors took 9 volt batteries. One day I put a 9 volt battery in my pocket. I didn't remember my car keys were in that pocket. Walking down the hall my leg began to burn. I reached in my pocket. The battery was too hot to touch. I pulled my pocket out and the burning battery fell on the floor. The infomercial was correct. Lol. Love your videos.
I do prepping, but my entire set-up is for off grid. Absolutely no need for any batteries, cell phone, internet etc. I grew up in a woods and know how to live off the land. I don't mean that to sound assholish lol Btw, you can use the steel wool/battery trick as an emergency firestarter.
Even people living off grid need a light source and most use battery powered flashlights and lanterns, while most even have generators to power bigger light sources. You can't survive on the light of a fire .
In emergencies like hiding in an enclosed space you cant use fire and gas powered things. Carbon monoxide. And trying to stay hidden from zombies or invaders, you need batteries
Omg now I gotta go thru everything to look for those batteries. I honestly thought you were just believing the infomercial who always want to scare you just to sell the product. Guess I was wrong. Ty Vivian for sharing
I've had one of those little battery testers for years. Can't remember where I got it or how much it cost but I use it all the time. Often when my tv remote stops working I find that only one of the batteries is dead. Hmmmmm.... I think I've saved the price of the tester many times over by avoiding throwing out good batteries.
You can check many of your remotes with your smart phone. Just start the camera app, aim the remote at the phone's camera and press a button on the remote. Most remotes flash a little light that humans can't see but the camera in a cell phone can. You can see those flashes on your phone's LCD display when it's set as a camera viewfinder.
Vivian what have you done to me!!! LMAO! I was very quietly and calmly cleaning on top of my dresser, trying to declutter it until I bumped into a friggin" square 9 volt battery!!! I jumped and screamed so loud you would have thought I had just found a rat on my dresser😂😂😂
Vivian, please don't do that again w/ out wearing something over your face and eyes! That damn thing could explode, some stray drop of battery acid flies up, hits you in the face or eye....BAM -blinded, scared, or who the hell knows! Don't scare us like that! Great video, please know my family and I love these product reviews! :)
As a vaper, I know about battery safety. Absolutely a battery can start a fire. Never use damaged batteries in any device. And never let your batteries touch any kind of metals. They can and will vent and start a fire or even explode! Thanks for showing everyone this Vivian!
jiggy loo yah I know but same concept. Metal touching the positive and negative is going to cause fire. It’s making a connection and completing the circuit. The only difference between these and my batteries are mine are rechargeable. Still has positive and negative and you still should never use any battery if a wrap or insulator is ripped or gone.
You are the best!!! I love your videos. You keep it 💯👍. I love you demeanor and style. I have now made my first comment on RUclips and glad to do it. Your the best! Please continue.
OMG! I almost burned a hole in my pocket once. My daughter needed Batteries for a toy. I took them out of the box and threw them in my shorts pocket with the change. Next thing I knew I was feeling a burning sensation in my pocket. My neighbor told me that you never put batteries of any kind with metal such as change. Never heard of that in my 40 years. Love your videos!
It’s true batteries do catch fire. When I was in college I had a couple AA batteries and some change in my pocket while I was sitting in science class. Suddenly my leg started burning and I flew out of my seat! My pants were on fire. I patted out the fire, slid my hand into my pocket with my hand in my pocket and pulled out two batteries and some change. My professor after the initial shock, I did a brief lecture and activity. I had a huge blister on my leg
I know a family who had barriers in a closet that the piled in a container. They started a fire and the family were lucky and only lost some of their kitchen and the closet. Really crazy. Love ur videos Vivian!!
"I'm holding my crotch for safety reasons." LOL - protect the most important items. But seriously, I had no idea about the steel wool. So thank you for that info, and excuse me while I go rearrange my kitchen drawers. (Because yes, my steel wool is in the same drawer with my batteries.)
I always have at least 50 batteries in each size(cheap and good ones), when monsoon season is here the electricity goes off. I also have 4 battery operated fans!! Omg the 9 volts totally scared me!!! Checked every one!!!!! Your videos are awesome!!! I've told all my family and friends!!!👏👏👍❤
I busted out laughing when you said.. "I'm holding my crotch for safety reasons" girl you are a friggin hoot.. you remind me so much of my family and how silly goofy we are.. LOVE your videos!!
OMG! You really don't realize how amazing you are! As soon as you said you can go to the Wish App, I did. Even paused your video to it. You were 100% spot on. The one you're showing can be purchased for under $10, and they even had other varieties (many without tester) for FREE; just pay shipping. You can even get the tester separately for FREE; just paying shipping. The last time I commented on one of your videos about the Wish App, I thought the app was cheesy. Now I'm gonna be all over that app. I am officially a cheese ball. You need more subscribers, gurl! Your helping people. 🙌💖👋👋
I can’t stop watching the Cup a Noddles try in the background and I keep rewinding to hear what your saying 🤣 😂 😆 cause I keep missing what your saying... but I still I love 💕 it all! You are too funny 😁
I agree it's not worth $19.99. I'd say $8 or $9. BTW, save your lint from your clothes dryer in ziplock baggies. They are excellent to use for tender to help start your campfire. Great for your BoB.
The retired firefighter I watched this video with is laughing hysterically. You're worried about batteries burning down your house, but haven't bothered to learn to use the fire extinguisher. For some reason, he thinks that's funny. Something for the TOP of your To Do list, Vivian. Fun vid, as always!
OMG Vivian... You did it again. My children believe I'm certifiable!!! You are better than an antidepression pill!!!! Now, off to find all my batteries...
I actually knew about the 9V/steel wool thing! Wahoo! No, really, for camping we have a 9V and steel wool for fire starting. After using 9V we pop it into our lantern. Works very well.
I hopefully converted a new Vivian subscriber today .Made My friend watch while stuck in traffic . He laughed and laughed . I told him you were a professional .Saving the world with laughs one view at a Time ❤️
Secret Life of Vivian ❤️😘😊 and I love you back . I told him I don’t buy it unless Vivian tries it ... and he was like what?! So I showed him . Now he understands . He’s been educated lol

Lance Wi i ve seen this too..my theory is it freezes the liquid in the battery so it last much longer!!
I also read that refrigerating batteries is a myth and does nothing? Just saying!!
Kay bunce I am a retired electronic engineer and we kept all our batteries in the fridge in the lab. We refrigerated photographic film, too. Not a myth.

I test 9v batteries by touching my tongue to the terminals. Instant feedback.
Broke Batman 😂
Do it all the time. Little zap never hurt no one .lol

I just went through my junk drawers and got all my batteries. They are now together in my fridge. Thanks Viv!!!😍😘

Who in the Hell gives Vivian thumbs down?!
Y'all lame
My guess would be trolls.
I was just thinking the same thing
Jon Serkspawn777
The only people that give Viv a thumbs down are the same peeps that have fires touching the top of the batteries!!!!!
The non preppers 😃
Some people don't recognize greatness, even when it's right before their eyes.
So love the production and humor in every one of your videos. When you post a new vid, my day is complete. Thanks Viv!
I love you because you're so straight up and honest. You don't try to sugar with coat anyting
Vivian giving us safety class
As always Vivian you're great thank you so much hugs
I'd heard about 9v batteries starting fires but after you demonstrated, I'm a believer. You just saved my life! Love you!

Laura
You’ve made my day ❤️ Laura thank you 😘😘
I used to work in an adult type store....
I don't mean that to sound assholish lol
Btw, you can use the steel wool/battery trick as an emergency firestarter.
Even people living off grid need a light source and most use battery powered flashlights and lanterns, while most even have generators to power bigger light sources. You can't survive on the light of a fire .
Kelli people who live off the grid usually use solar panels.
Kelli, a good proportion of the world still survives on only firelight now and humans did for millennia before batteries and generators.
Hysterical. And educational too!
You did again, Vivian! You made me laugh out so loud that people stared at me. "I'm holding my crotch for safety reasons!" Best line ever!!
"I'm holding my crotch for safety reasons." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I just about choked on my LaCroix.
I came for the review, I stay for the pure comedy 😂😂 *we are done, turn off the video, no we’re not done* 😂
My husband got the battery organizer as a gift for Chistmas. It's a hit. He really likes it.
😆😆
Lol I love how you have a monitor in the background of you doing hilarious things!
Who else thinks that Vivian is the loveliest woman on RUclips?
Caleb Smith Better than most booty gurus!
She needs to drop a few more f-bombs to secure that title...
Thanks Vivian for showing this. I showed my mom and she flipped so bad we threw out our 9 volts. Close one
I wished they had a '❤️' Button Cuz Your Videos are The Best!! 🤗
😊awe, thank you ❤️
I agree 1000%
Vivian, please don't do that again w/ out wearing something over your face and eyes! That damn thing could explode, some stray drop of battery acid flies up, hits you in the face or eye....BAM -blinded, scared, or who the hell knows! Don't scare us like that! Great video, please know my family and I love these product reviews! :)

Omg 😲, thank goodness for this test. Thank goodness you’re a professional !!!!!😘

I’m holding my crotch for safety reasons 🤣🤣
You’re my favorite channel ever!

Love your channel !!
thank you 🙂
OMG! I started laughing hysterically before the video even started. Girl, you are right on point!

My parents have this in their pantry and they love it.
Hahaha. "Bug out day". Love you Vivian! 😂
😂
Thank you .as you said could get of ne of wish ..ive just ordered one for 7 pounds..a life saver cant thank you enough
You could probably make one using a block of wood and various drill bit sizes for the batteries. Great show as always 😉👍🏼❤️👍🏼
"I'm holding my crotch for safety reasons" LOL
The retired firefighter I watched this video with is laughing hysterically. You're worried about batteries burning down your house, but haven't bothered to learn to use the fire extinguisher.
