Kind of.. so when you add the top coat after, the gel helps add an additional layer of security to keep the rhinestones in place because it seals around the edges of the stones. It's not needed but I do notice they last longer. Maybe I'll do a video on this to go into more detail ❤️

Makartt pump up tips in medium stiletto. They no longer sell these so I didn’t mention them 😭 hopefully they bring them back

If your using LED lamp 30secs
Sometimes, but not always. Go by what the back of the product container says. Some products will tell you 30, 60 or even 90 even if it is LED. 💕
