This is 1.5 hrs away from the island, no need for hurricane shutters. Weather resistant shingles for sure, but it’s usually need on more coastal areas such as Brownsville, los Fresnos, south Padre Island, port Isabel

That house is cold and sterile looking. The “marble” countertops are hideous! And then you look out your backyard and see 40 year old houses.
