Thought Elaine's comedy routine for her closing to the jury - almost freaked out about THAT UMBRELLA GUY - even if you use the internet and might have known about TUG is her strange obsession did show through - that she really was too emotionally involved in the case to remain objective.
I remember when AH was like “I can’t tell you what this picture is because of the metadata you’ve put on it” then it’s like “wait but these are your pictures from your defence”….
Yes and camille ripped to bit over it she actually said that camille had covered up the meta data which she responded its your evidence thats how it was entered into evidence , even the judge told her

Didn't she also say that she didn't know which penthouse the photos were taken in? I mean... come on, you recognize your own floors and furniture right? I get that it's harder to remember when you're rich and you have multiple residences but I'm not buying that she can't tell where that photo was taken. Especially not after years of litigation focusing on these incidents.

Look back at Amber’s reaction when Camille suggested that the breakfast table with the cocaine, was a set up. It looked like she was completely unprepared that anyone would notice how perfect it was. Just like setting a scene. Priceless.

Can’t her legal team be held accountable for knowingly using falsified evidence, surely they’re not THAT dumb to have not noticed?!? I noticed many irregularities such as these during the trial (yes, I watched it ALL). Is it actually legal in the US for Attorneys to basically mislead/lie with false evidence in court 🤷🏼♀️
I think the lawyers do it all the time..but it really takes a smart, perceptive and good lawyer to be able to point out the difference convincingly and reasonably..Camille did that and completely blew it out of the water revealing all the lies and deception Amber's side tried to present. When Camille pointed out the wine photographs I was gobsmacked. Same with the alleged bruise photographs. Amber should be jailed!

I think it’s not allowed to actually give or plant false evidence. It’s allowed to mislead and lie, twist and narrate with “real” evidence. There’s a RUclips channel that goes through this - Andrea Burkhart, it’s very interesting. I think they can get sanctioned
It would be easily excusable, not legal, but how do you prove that they knew both/all three photographs were the same? Amber got the opportunity to address submitting the evidence on her final cross examination, and she used the excuse of unredact the metadata, I can't keep evidence straight. But honestly, if the lawyers were held accountable for knowing that these pictures are the same, they would probably claim it was a mistake. Just like the time they tried to submit evidence and the judge or her clerks found it already submitted. They might get a verbal warning to keep track of their own evidence better, but it wouldn't really affect things.

What got my goat during the trial is that the data analysis expert, who does data analysis for places like NSA and Department of Defense, was not allowed to talk about changes of color and hue alterations in photos, even though altering data and detecting alter data is part of what he is an expert in.
Still, team A,bed-stain,H weren't clever enough to change the file name or delete the fact that some were stored on a photo editing program.
He wasn't a expert, he simply had a company, his staff are the experts. He had zero qualifications. Seriously rewatch.
Amber is so much more clever than all of us. She takes one picture, lightens or darkens it and convinces us they are different pictures. She really believes that...

I don't get why AH or her lawyers aren't held accountable for presenting the same photograph multiple times for different events... She described in detail what the supposed context of "each" photograph was, so even IF one of these descriptions was true, the others *have to be made up* because it's ONE PHOTOGRAPH! How is this not a clear cut case for perjury???
I'm a hobbyist photographer and it was obvious to me they'd edited photos to make things up
When AH first met Johnny, she probably already started her plotting against Johnny. AH seen what type of person Johnny was and knew it would be easy to take advantage of him. AH is so jealous of Johnny fame, fortune, reputation, friends and fans.
On the other hand, AH is a wannabe actress, stole JD's fortune, tried to tarnish JD's reputation, built bridges with her friends and has "bought" (bot/fake) fans.
I've been thinking that she NEVER "loved" JD. (I don't think she's capable of any real emotion; psychopath! )
I've been thinking that she got with him to simply take him down. She has been brainwashed by that ultra feminist attorney that's trying to take down Vasquez! She is a man hater, no man is "good" in her eyes; all men suck with her group. I don't know how Musk even trusts her enough to be donating hundreds and thousands of dollars in her name. Like, is she THAT good in bed? No one is THAT good! No way!
Why was the wine spill so far away from the bottle itself, with no trail leading to the bottle. It all looks very staged if you ask me. Anyone that has accidentally knocked over a bottle of wine will tell you it tends to just pool out after an initial splash.

Maybe she couldn’t stomach dumping the entirety of her favorite $300 bottle of wine so she just did a splash after drinking the rest.
To me, what's worse is that the photo wasn't just reused, it was altered to make it look different. This shows intent to pass it off as a separate photo.
I was stunned at the amount of evidence required to show the court that the two photos of her face with a 'bruise' were the same photo. Blind Freddy could see it was and now these photos! How on earth did this go unnoticed, or unremarked upon, in the latest court case?

She merely switched on a vanity mirror light. There was no attempt at changing the actual bruise, just better lighting. Jeeeez.

@@anjou6497 Shed did not turn on a vanity light. I know how to use PhotoShop and all she did was take the exact same photo and adjusted the colour hue and saturation to make her face look more red and fake a bruise.
I believe that bottle of wine was on a table during the police visits, Johnny Depp had left at least two hours before.

I downloaded the images to get a better look, I superimposed one on top of the other, then slightly lowered the opacity of the top one, its very clear they are the exact same pictures!
I have to question why someone would take a picture of a spilt wine bottle but not the supposed horrific injuries, and if you had “a mountain of evidence” why do you feel the need to duplicate photos? Heard apparently submitted 50,000 photos but that wasn’t enough?
She only needed the ‘mountain’ to threaten johnny, he didnt cave in to her demands, she didnt think she would need it to convince a jury, just enough to blackmail johnny

I guess its not enough. Just like the guy who lost the election had a ton of evidence... but not a touch of truth to go with it. What is it going to take because this will go on for years. They will both die of old age first.
Exactly. My brother got shot (he's ok) and we have a shit ton of pictures of the bullet wound and exactly one of the scorch mark it made in the floor. In real situations you document what is important ie people.
I started thinking today, she was in an abusive relationship for years yet only had one video of JD smashing his kitchen and a few pics of him asleep. The more time passes and people continue to sift through her ''testimony the more it becomes obvious.
Most victims of DV don't have even a video...but we do have medical reports...

It is an offence. All evidence submitted to the court has to be accompanied by a statement of truth signed by the witness declaring the evidence is truthful. If it is not then they have committed an offence.

Camille touched on the bottle/wine spill asking why AH claimed one photo was from one day and the other was from months later she didn't press on it much but the jury would have been thinking "are they the same photo"
Wish she would’ve drawn to the, staged portion so they could toss the defamation counter.
@@TheBaumcm It was a common tactic that JD's lawyers used.. they'd question a witness right up to the point of spelling it out for the jury then let the jury's imagination take over, it's honestly a brilliant way to play it because if they never actually ask for example if the wine bottle was staged but ask questions that allude to it being staged the witness can't just outright deny it was ever staged and the jury won't hear "no it wasn't staged"

The problem with charging her with perjury in the US, is that it would take forever to bring her to trial apparently. They have due process of course meaning someone cannot be held indefinitely or wait years and years for their trial. And apparently right now the courts have far worse crimes to prosecute than her lying in court
@@deawallach3404 Also this is a civil case, not a criminal one. These are considered less important with lower standards. So prosecutors aren't really that interested. In a criminal case she would absolutely be prosecuted because it is considered way more important.
This is why she is on the hook in Australia, but currently not so much in US and UK. It were civil cases in the latter countries but it was a criminal case in Australia, so her perjuring herself there and tampering with a witness will most likely result in serious consequences. She can get up to 14 years there.

They did, that's why they objected so heavily to the metadata expert pointing out the photographs are clearly the same but with some sort of color alteration.
I'm still wondering if she'll be charged for perjury and they sanctioned for helping her do it.

@@EricLing64 I thought JD's expert had he been allowed to talk would have been very interesting. He had a lot to say, as much as Elaine bleats on about this or that not being allowed into evidence, she\they were the biggest perpetrators of closing down the route to the truth. This man was shut up and AH's team almost freaked out when there was any mention that this man could interpret video data - that certainly was closed down. Thought JD's team played it cool, they knew somethings they could bring into evidence and would be closed down by Elaine on others - so went for what they knew would be sound. All of course, IMHO.

I saw yesterday that the possibility of quashing the UK verdict was brought up on an American site.
There was another guy, possibly on RUclips who was following where AH said it was a magnum size bottle, but using the known size of the window and then the worked out size of the floorboards proved it was a normal size bottle. (I will try to find it, but it was ages ago)
The label on the bottle shows they are the same photo no matter the filters or the colours. The probably of the label being the same is very low. The probability of its being at exactly the same angle is impossible
Look closely at all the pictures. There is one stain in particular that is distinctive and shows up in all the photos at approximately the 5 O'clock position. By sheer coincidence, the caster wheel on what appears to be a cart in front of the stain, points in the same direction in all the photos.
Wow she really really tried, but "clever catches up to the boss" as we say here in South Africa

They didn't miss it. JD's expert wasn't allowed to talk about it, Camille asked Amber about these pictures but she was only allowed to ask it in a certain way.

In a UK civil Court, the submission of evidence is accompanied by a statement of truth which is signed by the witness to say the evidence they are submitting is truthful.
If it isn't truthful then the person has committed a criminal offence
Sounds like the Court needs to charge her - is it perjury, contempt of court, or the offence of attempting to pervert the course of justice. It's one of these.
Yes but what happens when the Judge is bias? You don't have that great of a chance then.

This is a 'classic' explanation of a 'frame up' in the original pictorial fashion! At least one incident - if indeed really 2 occurred - was false - or even the first 'staged' and reused for the alleged second. They say that camera never lies - but it can when only a selection of the image is revealed. And what is the likelihood of accidentally - or otherwise - dropping stuff and it all falls into exactly the same pattern spill on the floor - not once but TWICE? Thank goodness the USA have filmed trials so that this kind of evidence can be trawled over by a wider audience. AH caught out in the verbal lie/s, pictorial lie/s and goodness knows what else - credibility in tatters - she knows it - but more importantly WE now know it - she will NEVER again be believed.
Like with the photo of Johnny passed out with the ice-cream and her make-up kit for bruises is their on the table (another photo it's not there). She planned and planted these things way ahead of time. He is lucky to have gotten out alive. No body could of proved he had an over dose because her evidence now tried to show how out of it he was as times. She could have gotten away with murder.

these images were made up to be around 6 months apart. first photo was said to be dec 2015, the 2nd and 3rd they claimed were may 2016 if i remember right.
Hi Blackbelt Barrister, please have a look at the police camera footage from the night they entered the apartment. The footage shows the police walking past that trolley and you can clearly see there is no wine bottle or spillage on the floor. I think one of those photos was submitted as evidence for that night. hmmmm curious.
Also ah and her witnesses tried to say there was loads of spilled wine out in the apartment corridor and if you watch the police coverage as they walk along and to the door, there is none! Just more lies from ah and her grifter 'friends'

And they are simply bewildered as to why we can’t stand ah and her conniving friends/co-conspirators/not, not friends/former friends/rekindled friend just before a court case. The Appeal is not a re-trial, so no evidence would be brought up, I believe. It is rather about the legal conduct of the Judge and the Jury and whether there were any irregularities about their conduct that may have affected the result.

Camille DID ask amber about these in the trial...she had the dates blanked out and asked amber to identify which was from which event....amber just kept saying "show us the dates and I can tell you"
Amber also said with annoyance, "You can't show me the floor and bottles and expect me to remember without a context." Lying is so easy for her. It slithers from her mouth so smoothly.
@@shantidavid6062 yeh...not sure why they took that route with the questions on these instead of outright showing they were duplicates...but she is clearly experienced at telling lies.
@@mattsslug I think JD's lawyers wanted the judge to sanction AH becoz they didn't submit the photographs to them before the deadline and they had already got an expert who couldn't do anything until they sent it to them. When they did send them, they were were all in a different format. The expert wasn't able to analyse them. Time constraint.
the court expert being able to do all this is the reason why she was so late getting the information in, and why garbled meta information was provided.

Pro photographer here. A significant amount of detail can be recovered from shadows usually. If highlights are over exposed that's usually where the detail is lost. I'd also suggest the lighter one is original as the WB seems to be similar to the WB for most smartphone cameras. The white balance on smartphones tends to be more cold and can appear more green / blue when compared to the actual ambient light we see.
Apart from the "Bruise kit" Amber Turd testified from having she left out one major factor... She forget to mention the other kit she also had used throughout the trial yes some may have guessed the same kit with the big red squeaky nose and colourful wig and over sized shoes.... What a clown she is.

Civil court has much less rules on evidence. Johnny's team should have vetted evidence carefully. No one else does.

What are the odds of having the very same brand of wine drop onto the exact same segment and panel of wood flooring, matching up with the exact same wood grain, sitting at the same angle with the wine label lettering in the exact same position, and the trolly leg being at the same angle and distance from the bottle? I also use iPhone and the Photos App allows users to change Exposure, Brightness, Highlights, Shadows, Black Point along with cropping, rotating and making additional lens corrections. These adjustments are so simply that a 6 year old child could easily do this within a few seconds. So conclusion: These are the EXACT same image with a few simple basic iPhone adjustments applied within the built in Photos App, available on ALL fairly recent iPhones (and iPads) !! This is a no brainer.
Because a lot of Judges are 'old school', meaning not fully tech savvy, (for example: Judge Penny), they do not know that photos CAN and SHOULD be examined BEFORE trial, and all screenshots, screen grabs, edited / cropped / enhanced images should be REJECTED and NOT allowed. A wide array of Metadata is permanently stamped into the image and CANNOT be removed, and can easily be revealed using software such as Adobe Bridge. The 2 so-called "metadata experts" from this trial wasted a lot of time and did not bother to demonstrate their process for obtaining metadata ... my guess is that if they did, they'd no longer be hired because they are likely using methods that can be obtained within seconds with a few clicks of the mouse using some readily-available software. (I have taught Photoshop / Illustrator / Lightroom / to college students and "Adobe Bridge" is integrated and can be launched from within the software from the menu bar). It reveals far more embedded metadata than can be seen with other generic "Info" panels or Apps.
The UK Judge saw the various "evidence" but said in mealy mouthed style something like "I am aware that there are some anomalies in the evidence but on balance I believe it shows the truth".

Honestly, the UK judge didn’t even view the evidence, he just simply took AH at her word. Clearly asleep at the wheel.

Why do people think AH and her team want all the youtube channels shut down? Starting with Incredibly Average who has a number of videos relating to falsehoods etc of AH's evidence, then ThatUmbrellaGuy. Both mentioned in court.
Even a photo provided during rebuttal of JD which Rottenborn stated was evidence of injury prior to train trip and JD said on the stand someone had manipulated pics. I believe AH gave them pics and no one bothered to check they were not fake. The original photographer saw the trial and straightaway looked for the original pics and can prove someone faked evidence in AH's team. I do not believe Rottenborn is party to it but he has been used by Elaine and AH. He is not a regular of the team.

Yes that's true. I guess that's because we can see and hear it all on video and we have an advantage over them. With that being said... even a blind person would of known the difference so why did they let sooo much slip by.
It is because Adam was right that they hoaxed the incident of the 21st and they did it by moving photos from various times to that date. Even the photographs of Amber and her supposed injury is not from that date or even that week. She had a makeover on the 16th and the photos were taken with her old eyebrow style, so those were moved, too.
More lies from AH. She really thought that her word alone was enough, and she wouldn't have to prove anything at all. Just like when she said "she shouldn't have to prove she donated the money to charity for her word to be believed."

They don't have any evidence so they made up a story about a drug abused alcoholic monster who's in his blackout done things that he couldn't remember the next day. And to AH role, she was a tentative caring wife who was in a mix of love and hate the monster. It sounds like a Disney horror movie for kids but that's what kept the lies alive.
She said he used a broken wine bottle during the act of violence yet never ended up in the emergency room, didn’t have any medical records.
Could AH lawyers not be complicit in providing and using this evidence and be held in contempt or something?

Only someone who thinks they are smarter than everyone else. I picked that up immediately as well as I knew when AH was talking to JD and he was telling her he didn’t want to go to court and AH gave a laundry list of all the negatives. I knew she was setting him up. So many people who know/knew her her speaking out and she’s trying her best to get people terminated off of Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, etc. I told you my dad was a serious disciplinarian-not abusive, very serious martial artist and he despised liars. I am close to 65 and still won’t lie. I think of him so much as he taught me right from wrong and knowing about consequences. Thanks for the reaction.

What wrecked my brain was not that it wasn’t obvious it was the same photo AH could have simply said “actually yep it does appear to be the same photo” must be a record error from our team”. She instead refused to acknowledge that it was and argued it’s timing and the lack of Metadata…. “metadata”.
Yes at one point she was even getting testy and said, "It's not my job".

The shapes of the spilled wine on the floor are identical in the two photographs. That was evident on seeing them the very first time. That alone made up the jury’s minds that AH is nuts!
If the exif data and meta data hadn't been deleted and/or altered, then there would have been no doubt about when the photos were taken and which events they were applicable to. Moral of the story: don't erase of alter digital data. In my opinion, the photos should not have been allowed into evidence since they were not able to be authenticated by experts.

When I first saw these photos during the trial, I was shouting at the screen “they’re the same photos!” I’m so glad you did this. Another reason to not believe her.

I showed my friend who is a retired Deputy Sherriff, and he mentioned they are all in the same picture and that one thing that sets it off right off the bat is the designs in the flooring. They are all the same plus other things such as the wheel on the cart, and the bottle position let alone the spill of wine are all the same, and the lighting shadow on the floor.
The underside of said “mountain” of evidence is just quicksand.
I believe they used the closet pictures for both the staircase incident and the phone incident as well
