there's a very obvious elephant in the room hanging over the game, but generally speaking I think I'm fine with the way I played except for that very last turn. I think the thing I struggle with most in the shoot the moon lists is knowing when to spend for the extra click after playing Sudden Commandment. I think I had the credits to gain the click, which I could have used to install an ice on HQ or R&D, which you see me gesturing at at at the very end of the video. I also *could* have chosen to discard an agenda on that last turn, spreading out the agendas throughout the centrals, but I wasn't thinking of it at the time. There wasn't one at the end of the game. Even if I had thought of it though, I'm not sure if I would have done it, because I didn't feel like I had a good read on what Frank was likely to do.
They were taken from a board game called "trixo". The game isn't that good but the tiles are wonderfully clacky, which is why I use them. I suspect that I've probably gotten more use out of trixo than I have any other game in my collection. I use the blue for Corp and red for Runner.
I don't think I can post links, but if you search netrunnerdb for "quinlan" in the deck name you should find my PD list. I uhhh made a bet against joshua and said I'd name the decklist that if I lost
In this specific case I didn't do it because I couldn't really protect R&D or justify protecting R&D. Without the option of protecting R&D against Shaper I didn't think I would ever draw a Spin before the runner would access and trash it. In addition, even if I got the spin I still had would have no plan for the other 8 points in my hand Plus, in the current meta (and with this deck) I prefer to proactively push out agendas while giving up points to the runner rather than letting things stretch to the late game, as you saw in turn 2. Midway through the game you see that I discarded a Seamless and a Greasing. Greasing is money which is nice but not necessarily required to win, and I had a 2nd Seamless in hand that I used to score.
@mo0man Yeah, I guess with PD you need to score to push your gameplan forward especially with the Moon PD version and cards like Midnight 3, so tabling 3 agendas knowing that you'll probably score one if the Runner cooperates a little can get you out of "unplayably bad hand".
Poor corp! Amazing nerves of steel considering the start of that game by the corp.
That was wild and a fun watch. And I'm all for that Snare, even if it's just a meme/tilt trigger.
The commentary on this match was so informative (as anew player). Love it!
Also, hot damn, Terence was the wildest underdog!!
That game had everything, so fun to watch 💚
One of the most beautiful games of Netrunner. Thanks for the commentary!

Really nice editing!
Thanks for the kind words!
terence going absolutely beast mode here
What a wild game!
What are those White/Blue "X" tiles used for click trackers on right side player? I also see tiles in town box with red square

@@mo0man thanks for responding. They looked clean and good on camera.
Great game!
Where can I see deck list?

Players often post their decklists on netrunnerdb.com. Unfortunately, I don't believe either of these decklists have been publicly posted! Sorry!
Whwn you have 11 points in hand. Installing snare is required for meme points
I wonder if you're just meant to yeet points to Archives. "I will simply draw Spin Doc/PD rescue the agendas".
