I understand this kid was walking with his mom, but I would have been freaked out a little bit, because this dude literally changed his eye color, I wouldn't even expect that to be a part of the setup of the stay, and I would just say this dude is a body that has been disintegrated in the suit
His body is fused with the Suit and is not disintegrated, since you can see his bloody body in the Suit and the change in eye color is due to the fact that he is in murderous form

After re-watching this animation, I think you predicted the location of FNAF: Security Breach.

It definitely has that vibe to it.
Same after rewatching this I noticed as he walked into a mall that gives of the same vibes as the pizza-plex in security breach
It's pretty crazy now that i think about it, But not only might they have predicted the setting of security breach, but also that it's the same mall where the plushtrap chasers where being sold before the mall itself was bought by a different company (Presumably By Fazbear Entertainment when looking to renovate it into the Fazbear PIzzaplex) in the out of stock story. IT'S ALL CONNECTED!!!

There are animators that can do animations at this quality and release them within 3-6 months that are much longer in bursts. Not only that but this is a team of animators that take so long to do this,many other animators are solo and can do this quality and have more quantity within months :/

Basically, considering fnaf lore, remnant (soul juice) could have somehow been transferred from Springtrap to the doll ( *most* of the SL animatronics were made similarly)
I think that when Plushy hit the ground, it jostled something and activated him. He is partially mechanical, so it could be possible that he can turn on or something.

Okay chill out! It takes time to animate this kind of stuff. It took him about 4 years to make this part. The first part to this came out in 2014 so don't be expecting part 3 until around 2021 or 2022.
