Very very creative.Have a beautiful,and healthy year !!!
Cheers Ianis! And to you my friend! :)
They look perfectly correct in design for the period looking pantry walls, nice one. The LED lighting effect it really sets them off. Tony
Thanks Tony, i did the whole room, it was a breeze block shell when i started!
As always , nice job Oliver. Apart from me you're the only other person I know who "Tops n tails" the ends off the boards to save the planer knives. Don't think they teach that now.. Happy New Year .. Adrian
I was taught it and it does make sense tbh! Thankyou for watching Adrian, Happy new year to you
The finish on them is amazing
Cheers, yes they looked just the part! 👍
I shall think of this when I am making some shelves for our kitchen. Great work!
Cheers Christopher
Another lovely video mate. Love watching your work - inspires me to do more! Keep them coming fella!
Cheers Andy, hopefully got some good content coming this year!! 😄
Great craftsmanship! 💪💪💪
Cheers Jay!
Fab job so neat and tidy love it.
THankyou for the support Janet!
Very creative and useful, nice idea my brother
Thankyou :)
Perfect
Thankyou Mike!
Nice brackets!
When I run shelves around internal corners , I often sneakily biscuit/spline joint the end of one shelf into the edge of the next one along.
With a shelf bracket located near the corner for support,It is surprisingly strong and means you only need one bracket per corner and hence less clutter, more usable shelf space, quicker, cheaper, etc.
Cheers matey. Yes the corner lodging defintly adds strength, these were dominoed at the joins.
Quality mate 👏👏👏
Thankyou mate :)
very nice.
Thankyou Norman
Trop beau et trop astucieux !!!
Thankyou Very Much
Beautiful job! Sure wish I had all that equipment.
Cheers for that! We could all do with more tools!!!!
They look great 😍 wish I had space for those 👌
Me Too. Thankyou Very Nice
Crackin job there and really shows how jigs help batching things out. Your HK bead block has been put to good use on the walls too 👌
Cheers Neil, well done on noticing the walls! I was sure some eagle eyed person would spot that :D
@@BradshawJoinery I'm still waiting for an excuse to buy the cutter block. I'll show the better half your pantry walls... that may help 🤣
You can also use it in the spindle moulder if that helps your cause!
@@BradshawJoinery I'd have to buy one of those too, so not helping at all 🤣🤣🤣
Brilliant! Go in with the suggestion of buying both then compromise with just the cutter hahaa
Nice one Ollie, just goes to show that time and patience (and jigs) are the answer.... oh and skill and machinary.......now what do I have? 😂😂 HNY
Haha Paul! I bet you have all of the above!
HNY to you mate
Surface planers give me the fear.
That is a Masterclass of How to do quality workmanship time after time , Awesome , Using Jogs and Templates is the only way to go . I have to ask would you still get a close result without all that Equipment ?
Did you Install the Led Lighting as well ?
Cheers Rob, Its a fairly simple bracket, would be cut by hand or jigsaw and a bit more time sanding, yes could get the same result! I cut all the tracks put the wiring in and designed it all, but the electrician was on site when i installed so he soldered it and we installed together
This is going to be the kitchen of a thousand cuts 🎯 🍑y
Can’t wait for the completed job!
Just seen your AAA video answered a lot of my questions l have a Morrells rebadged Kremlin set up which l don’t use as much as l should!!! Got a kitchen to do so l think l better get it dusted off.
Is that SW Pro Classic 🤷♂️
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Cheers Clive, i cant wait to finish it! haha its been a real marathon.
the AAA is the best for waterbased i really wouldnt be without it! I have a big pressure pot now i picked up, binks 40l one, so keen to try the difference between AAA and the pressure pot!
|The gun makes all the difference with the AAA!
Whats an SW Pro Classic? Or am i being dumb haha
@@BradshawJoinery l’ve used a pressure pot like 20 years ago don’t think there is much difference as in both systems you are pressuring the paint and using the air to atomise and control the pattern. The AAA is probably safer insomuch as you don’t have a pressure in the pot 80-100psi if memory serves me correctly, and you need a large capacity compressor.
Yeup your being dumb🤔🤦🏻 🤣🤣
Sherwin Williams Pro Classic paint, so you didn’t recognise the Pro Classic, and l know you are using Sherwin Williams so wot you using?
Oh and the colour looks lovely in the vids.
🙊🙉🙈
Loving the videos mate. Happy new year to you and your family. Question, where did you get your vacuum set up? The bag and pump ect.
Hey up Chris, Happy new year to you too. I used Air press. Call them up, really really nice old boy, genuine as they come and helpful. Its pricey but absolutley top notch will give you advice and help
@@BradshawJoinery thanks Oli, ill give them a call. 👍🏻
Lovely Ollie! Wish I'd never sold my Felder 531S... but no workshop for 3 years so had to go. Might go the Sedgwick spiral next time, but would miss the bed extensions. Out of interest, do you use the little 8mm chuck on your other drills, I love it on the 18v drivers as it balances much better due to the lover weight. Hope you're good buddy? Matt.
Cheers Matt, I so like the Felder planer, I don't think I would change it tbh other than for the spiral upgrade! I think that's a massive leap.
I have used it on the drills but I tend to use the PDC/DRC fro drilling and they are pretty hefty so hadn't noticed. I'll pay more attention next time. I'm all good, curved cabinet part 1 uploading today 👍👍
where do you buy the Sherwin williams paints? cant seem to find them anywhere!
I use Symphony coatings but youll need an account. I thought i would ad the info as i get asked alot about paints/products!
Beautiful work👍 I lost track when you cut the angle supports- the grain runs along the angle?
Cheers 🍻
Yes the grain is strongest in that direction! Thankyou
Great video as always, but I miss your voice )))
Cheers Alexander, we are doing a few trials on some video to see what works best. Sometimes filming without speaking makes it easier for me to work efficiently thus actually producing more content over spending alot of time speaking in the shop and distracted from my work
Nice, I bet the finish took longer than the making?
Thanks, Sometimes Doug! Pre finishing before cutting up helped alot!
Out of interest, why a ring fence rather than a bearing?
Ring fence is safer and better, can lead in your cut and adjust easily. Creeping up to a final cut depth too. If a bearing is 0.5 mm off then there isn't any adjustment
@@BradshawJoinery fair enough. I've always used an 80mm spiral block and bearing for square cuts and a ring fence for anything moulded, often a combination of the two.
Bearing is handy when you can't get the part front and centre on the spindle for sure! (Most big frame tops)
Well titling the video with handmade is just a lie othen then marking out, painting, hand sanding, and drilling and screw, the rest wasn't hand done in anyway
That is handmade in my opinion what would handmade be classed as if not made individually by hand(not machine)?
