As human just like us he has to receive the Holy Ghost and it has to dwell in him to empower him to do everything commanded by God. That’s why scripture says GOD WAS IN CHRIST. Jesus Christ was made flesh and blood without any reservation. He wasn’t God and man at the same time as that will give him an advantage over us(humans) because he had to overcome sin as a human being.
