What Is Roblox?
ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms

its probably some gamepass you have to buy, like the garage gamepass in driving empire
you have to go to the customization shop they removed the ability to customize anywhere

This game isn't bad just really overrated for what it is they littreally use a PNG for rims which makes me snigger because of how lazy they are to the state where they don't make rim models not only that it's such a cash grab game you can't even choose your colour palette
They make the bodies well on cars I guess its the rims but most games do the rims as pngs
