- Officially claiming that I'm going to surf every country in the world & then actually taking the steps to do it are two very different things. Tofino, Canada has been on my radar for a number of years, if not decades, but actually getting here took a lot longer than I ever anticipated. That's my my goal is to be proactive with countries & make sure I'm checking off at least 1 or 2 new countries every month for the next few years. ... Cool Vid - Lovin' the Tunes, nice mix of Classic guitars and modern Groove. This may be one of the shortest B.G. joints' i've seen at 12:59 !? - Short and Sweet, gotta' love it... Mr. Gravy risking injury and/or embarrassment to challenge the rocks, (and currents/tides) - to ride a wave no-one else would dream of riding. Novel, indeed. Professional. (Or at-least Semi-Pro) ha'... Making it look cool, dangerous, AND fun, huge grin on ur' Face. Traveling thousands of miles to do-so. Sounds like a Dream... Speaking of dreams', the landscapes and seascapes in the background (and foreground) are surreal and sublime. You realize very quickly that Jersey' hounds are about as visually challenged and deprived as can be. If your energetic and young (or not-so young) and have the means, - get out of Jersey while you can, anyway you can. Go surf where beauty abounds and 14-foot tides challenge the senses and Imagination. You can always come "home" and Visit - (Even though Mr. BonGiovi' claims "You Can't Go Home") - i claim B.S. - Just think, all this and a dose of JimiJam' in just under 13-minutes - Ehh, Ohh - Wherr' u' Gonna' Go' ??
That's awesome. Great footage 👏 and I'm glad u enjoyed Tofino. Cox Bay is another great spot for surfing, as well Wolf in the Fog for the ultimate dining experience. 🤙🏄♂️ Swimming in those waves can feel like a washing machine lol 😆.
Finally!!! Been waiting for you to come to Canada! We have a river wave right in the city of Calgary Alberta!!! Come here in the spring when it’s pumping!!!

We have awesome waves here in Nova Scotia. Highest tides in the world, in the Bay of Funday. Plus great surfing at Lawrencetown beach, just outside of Halifax.

Lived and worked there for a summer. Family vacations there. The place is magical. Surfing those beaches, the swell direction and wind are a huge factor in finding good waves, on any day it can be blown out and mushy at 5 beaches, but absolutely glassy and perfect if you know where to go.
Long Beach (Tofino Airport) have a look at surfing this beach.
