Airy, light vanilla pudding cookies! All-in-one dough in 5 minutes!

📝 Ingredients for approx. 20 pieces:
✅ 220 g flour 7.76 oz.
✅ 125 g cold butter / 4.4 oz.
✅ 100g sugar / 3.52 oz.
✅ 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
✅ 2 tablespoons milk
✅ 2 egg yolks
✅ Powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead.
2. Halve the dough and shape into long rolls. Cut into even pieces and shape as shown in the video.
3. Lay out on a baking tray and press in with a fork.
4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180° C/ 356° F for about 20 minutes until golden.
5. Allow the finished cookies to cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Complete! ♡
