I would like if you can provide more details info on which city in Texas if fine during the lot's of rain, etc? I know Houston has a problem.

DFW is the best choice for flooding. We don’t deal with much flooding up here. Just stay away from lake grapevine on the south side.

I love your videos, but the way Celina is pronounced I nearly fell over. But still good stuff.

Thank you for this video! We are planning to move there next year and getting ready now since we have 6 little ones but it’s so hard to know how much to save or plan for with large families. Trying to get all the info we can. Thanks for the video.

might as well stay in California ...I want land and privacy.. this is garbage. don't move here.

You want land and privacy, you move to the country dude! What she is showing would still be considered suburbs. Celina is pretty much on the edge of the northern suburbs and since that side of town is so popular, you will have to drive pretty far and prices are going to be on the higher side. Go East or South of Dallas and you will most likely find something closer to what you’re looking for in the Dallas area. For the other cities It most likely would be similar, but which side of town would depend on city. In Cali, those prices are still close to double there even with the price hikes in Texas!
