I actually find many Lattafa fragrances have harshness that once you smell it, it bothers you.
Oh yeah totally. I think most of my Lattafa won't be a repurchase. I feel they're too loud and not in a good way

I can't with citrus scents and especially Lemon. This scent is for cleaning products😹😹
I kinda relate with that “strong” accord in ME perfumes.. i got Afnan Ornament 2 years ago and it left my collection the day after 😂
Totally, I'm pretty much over them - at least the really strong ones. Too sharp for me😸

It is one of those perfumes that I thought I was going to love. In real life it is not a pleasant fragrance but in the dry down (after an hour or more) there's a nice vanilla but it's a long way to get there...

I hate it when I suddenly smell a harsh note and then it becomes the only thing you can smell ,this is why I declutter ( I sold all my last declutter perfumes ) so happy about that
This is exactly how I smell Lail Maleki now. I don't think I can resell it as they are really cheapies and I don't want to give it because it makes for a really bad gift... I will need to spray it in the open air. It's That bad

I don't know why I bought Lail Maleki again, the last few uses wwere really nice and I felt that I still like it, but it happens almost with each perfume.

Your cat is so adorable and precious. ☺️ makes me miss being at my dad’s house with his beautiful fur-babies (he has 4 cats, they’re his life, they’re so precious and each of them has their own very distinct personality, and he’s pretty much their butler - anyone who visits his house would think that it’s their house, and not his 🤣).
Anyway, I love your makeup, very pretty! I overdid my blush the other day as well, it was a bright coral and I didn’t realize i had Cheeto-cheeks until I had already left the house. 🤣
I still want to try Pink Sugar. I can’t believe I still haven’t tried it lol. I’m slowly getting more into sweeter scents. Gold Sugar is nice, but I have a feeling I will like Pink Sugar more.
I am curious to try more middle easter perfume houses like Lattafa, Afnan, Swiss Arabian, and more Al Haramain, but I got something similar to what you mentioned smelling in a Rasasi fragrance that I’m currently trying to get rid of. It’s overwhelming, almost a burning undertone in the base that the fragrance rests on that my nose just can’t seem to get used to. Bareeq is the name of the fragrance, and it smells like someone wearing BR540 Extrait working in a mechanic shop and dealing with oil leaks all day, I definitely smell burning rubber as well, so maybe this mechanic also works with replacing old burned out no-tread tires). Believe me, that fragrance burned me and darn near broke my heart, I so wanted to love it, but it’s just terrible on my skin. I want to branch out and try others besides Al Haramain (Junoon Rose is ❤️❤️, haven’t tried any others from them) but I’m just afraid I’m going to get messed up again by that overwhelming strength that my nose just isn’t accustomed to. 😬

My quartet - squad (cats) also have different characters but somehow they mesh together, they do make me really happy (and annoyed at times). I also feed around 20- ish cats outside so I'm a full on crazy cat lady😺😺
I think I'm going to use up most of my middle eastern perfumes, they are so harsh. I think that except for maybe 2 that are not so strong and more "western". I'd prefer do declutter them but I don't think someone else will enjoy them.
Unfortunately I think the affordable ones are like that (screechy- harsh - nose burn). I'm curious are other people think they are fine? How can you use these type of perfumes in the crazy heat of the desert? (UAE)

I'm so proud that recently stopped myself from buying a backup of other Lattafa perfume, I like it now but who knows what I feel toward it when I'll finish it🤷♀

I thought I would love it but it gave me an immediate headache. I really enjoy Dalal from that brand. Have you tried it? To me it smells like caramel, vanilla, and a bit of orange 🥰

Well ZARA perfumes are pretty much the "Day off/ grocery store / errands" fragrance, when you want something neutral and don't want to use your "good perfume"😸
