The best quantum st loadout is heat vision, singularity, lift, energy expulsion, robot sidekick, and neo-venom boost. Arts: Amulet, Trans, Ebon, and Dead King Sceptor. This build will allow you to get permanent Ebon stacks while reaching also reaching 5 stacks of amulet which is still good because 5 is the most powersets can take. Rotation: Heat Vision full duration, singularity, lift swap Ebon for dead king during the lift animation, energy expulsion immediately swap back to Ebon. Repeat. The damage is so overpowered. You hit just as hard as any other powerset yet they say Quantum weak. 💀
Y’all be pissing me off with these weak azz loadouts. Solar amp is outclassed by Strat, Ebon, and Trans. Literally no point in using it. It gives 0 impact on single target except rank 80.

I don't do precision builds. Why would I want to use a weapon when I have super powers? Lol
