힙합 장르 팬인데 솔직히 꼰대 마인드로 영파씨가 XXL로 데뷔했을때 노래가 생각보다 좋았지만 여자 아이돌이 무슨 힙합이야 상업적으로 이용하고 어설프게 하다가 사라지겠지라고 생각했었음. 그런데 이번 신곡 ATE THAT까지 또 힙합? 소속사가 돈이 안될텐테 위험한 도박이라 생각하며 듣게 됐는데 너무 경쾌하고 재미있게 웨스트 코스트 지펑크 스타일을 잘 살렸고 뮤직 비디오까지 궁합이 좋았음. 그래서 충격 받았고 이제는 힙합을 베이스로 KPOP과 접목해서 영파씨 같은 새롭고 희소성 높은 실력파 여자 그룹이 잘 되서 오래 유지되면 좋겠다는 생각이 들고 응원하게 됐음. 암튼 말이 길어졌는데 영파씨 신곡 좋고 화이팅 😅
So charismatic and talented, why they are much loved. Plus, their hip hop themed music will hit harder over here in the states. If they go to Cali and perform Ate That they will blow up. All I hope is whoever does the visuals for them have the English lyrics with Korean lyrics on the screen behind them. It will engage American audiences even more, to know what you're saying. Still cheering for YP!!
@@doraemon8975 if they get a co-sign from a wet coast artist like Snoop or someone else hip to Kpop then they won't. Plus, west coast cats love comedy, so I think they'll dig them.
