For a Stealth playthrough, Pickman’s Blade would be good, it’s a knife with stealth damage and bleed. But I actually prefer to use the fist with it, just because it’s funnier.

Using vats for every kill is not fun to watch. Id argue you have less fun playing too because it breaks up the combat so much and is less immersive. Not saying theres never a situation to use it, but spamming it to kill mole rats? 😑

Bro its fucking fallout, the entire game is made for vats because it's an rpg first and fps later. You have to be kidding yourself if you're sitting in your chair unemployed malding about his over use of the games main mechanic
