- You are watching my Fire Emblem: Three Houses romance/support conversation series. In this series I will feature support conversations between some of my favorite characters. You can expect to see the main protagonist with different companions and also support conversations between different characters.
When it comes to some of my favorite romantic partners, I will turn them into a "romance" video which will include all the support conversations, Goddess Tower scene, and S Rank marriage scene. Hope you enjoy!

Ferdinand is that one bro who may be thickheaded at times, but is still that guy who makes everyone smile.
The way Ferdinand asks Marianne out in the A+ support is adorable.

Honestly Marianne is my OTL for my male Byleth, but I love these two together. Ferdinand’s personality can be off-putting at times, but he does do an excellent job with reading social cues. I feel like he’s able to tell when Marianne is feeling uncomfortable and makes adjustments to his approach towards her so that he doesn’t scare her. His tone of voice, the words he uses - he actually changes for her. Likewise, Marianne doesn’t just open up more as a person around Ferdinand - she actually makes an effort to _like_ herself and allow herself to be liked by other people.
Plus their paired ending is ADORABLE.
It's implied that Ferdie has ADHD or some mild form of autism according to TvTropes.

Ferdie means well but he really doesn’t understand how nobility really affects people like Marianne.

4:07 “accept reality and move forward from there”? This is hilarious when you remember that Ferdinand’s english VA, Billy Kametz, also played Takuto Maruki in P5 Royal, whose ultimate plan VIOLENTLY contrasts with this mindset.
I knew that his voice was familiar! Thanks, I could identify the voices of "Akechi, Haru and Mitsuru", but I kept wondering where did I heard Billy's voice before?

Is this the only support that makes mention that Ferdinand lost everything?
In the base game, I believe so. That line also only appears in Crimson Flower, which is strange considering that's the only route where his status isn't listed as "Former heir to House Aegir". If you have the Cindered Shadows DLC, though, his support with Constance mentions his loss of affluence if you're doing any route but CF.
These two have been my favorite Fire Emblem ship since I first saw their paired ending. They're so adorable, I love how Ferdinand talks to her as a person and not a noble to to make her feel better.
Those two are so sweet together!

You're right. It is ironic. Then again, this is the same guy who voices Naofumi Iwatani, who sounds like Ferdinand spent too much time around Hubert and has a red-haired princess for an archenemy.
It took me a long time to realize that Marianna was Haru Okumura.

@@maxrichards3881 Considering they're two of the biggest jerks in the game, I don't think they're a good match.
In fact, I've noticed the Golden Deer has twice as many jerks with a heart of gold as the other houses. The Black Eagles have Hubert and Dorothea (pre-timeskip, at least), the Blue Lions have Sylvain and Felix and the Golden Deer has Claude, Lysithea, Leonie and Lorenz. Also, the Ashen Wolves have Yuri, Constance and Hapi, which is 3 out of 4.
