Yeah. I am only 5’10 so doesn’t seem like an issue. I find the massage part up at the neck is too wide to get anything out of it anyways. To be honest, I do not know if the white model is any different. You might want to just check the listing to see the exact dimensions.

So far, I have had no issues whatsoever. Granted, I do not use the massage chair too too much. Just when I have too much tension or am sore from working out. It helps. Main drawbacks are that the neck height is a little off and the width odd. Its been a while but I believe I noted that in the video. Thanks for pointing that out. The model is: RF-BM066. Did not even know the black one was out of stock. I could not find it anywhere on Amazon and the Renpho website does not have it either. Looked into this. It looks like its discontinued both on Renpho and Amazon. Here is a comparable massage cushion that I have seen people buying as an alternative (amzn.to/3S25me1). Can't personally speak to it though. Sorry I couldnt help more.
