Buddy, have you played any of his songs for your parents? Chances are they just hear noise and rap and aren’t actually listening to what he’s saying in his songs. Let them know he only drops clean albums. Not a single cuss word. Doesn’t glorify partying and typical rap artists. NFs the man. I wish my step son would jump on the wagon with me. You’re a bright kid for the fact you are hip to an artist like NF. Parents like to assume but I’ll be the first to tell a random youngster online that we get it wrong sometimes too… NF is doing something no other rapper has achieved before. And they won’t know that unless you take it to them. They’ll come around partner. Especially when they see the positive effect his music has in your life. God bless!
Have you explained to your parents that he doesn’t cuss or glorify violence, drugs, etc. He’s actually a Christian, not a Christian rapper but he is a Christian. I’d try to show them some of his lyrics & talk to them. It’s not like he’s like Eminem.
Going to one of his shows and meeting him even if for a few mins are on my top 10 of things I want to do before I die…NF is REAL music he doesn’t have to ever swear and writes such incredibly relatable music. To me I’m sry but he’s a better artist and person compared to 1000s of these ppl making what they think is rap music in this millennium generation. His skills are nothing but fire!❤️🔥🖤❤️🔥
