Why is the OBV the most important indicator? Does not give me the confidence that is is reliable, because some part of the chart shown clearly shows the price moving down later, but the OBV is signalling a more than 45% slope of buying.
I agree. Anyone paying attention would see on the left of the chart the OBV indicator saying OK to a buy sig according to his parameters but accepting that would have generated a significant loss. This is just another of many such presentations for an XYZ indicator that looks good mostly because examples used are cherry picked. Often, as here, the examples shown have directly contradicting areas in the very same chart but are glossed over or not pointed out.

The Williams percentage of range is the most important indicator. It is the only genuinely predictive indicator. The rest, including the OBV are confirming indicators. There was always a debate about the degree to which analysis is an art or a science. After a lifetime at it, I can assure it is 95% art. Btw, the OBV is a very good indicator as it can show accumulation which may not be quite evident in the volume alone. It does take quite a while to learn to use it. Don't be fooled into thinking you can buy esoteric information to get an edge. If you want to become an expert (like me, lol) you'll have to put in thousands of hours of practice, like I did.
you need trend analysis along with williams %R to up your possibility of a profitable trade. probably would be good to use a few other indicators when determine what to buy and when to sell.
Does anyone know if Metastock can scan for Roic against Wacc number and also things like Piotroski F score, Beneish- M-score and Altman Z score.
