It’s sad that so many problems today wouldn’t exist if people grew up listening to loveline. It gives you peace of mind and understanding that you are sane and normal and what not to do
It's quite a stretch to suggest that if a bunch of people would simply listen to a radio program, that "So many problems today wouldn't exist". All of the information and therapeutic modalities have been in place for about 75 years. This show was active for ~20 yrs. I really doubt that if everyone had simply listened to Adam, we'd all be cured of our mental and emotional problems. Humans will always go through puberty, get challenged by drugs/alcohol/peer pressure etc. Reading a book, listening to a comedian, or any other offering by the adult side of life will never change any of that.

Seat belts in pickup trucks. All 1968 year model and later US cars and trucks (on sale fall of '67) were required to have seat belts. Busses were excepted. I'm having other credibility issues with that "90 MPH" accident caller as well.

Letting kids stay home from school for days because the have a tummy ache from eating Halloween candy. Natalia, his daughter, demanding to stay at certain hotels and arguing with Lynette to the point where she just caves in. Quote “ I tried to argue with her and that didn’t go well”. You tell your child that we will just cancel the vacation if you keep it up. Adam continually let’s the kids take off school to watch him race. Sonny never wants or does his schoolwork according to Adam, and says “ that’s fine, he’s a good looking kid.” I’m not saying they Abuse their children, but a father that spouts the importance of education and family and a mother that’s hosted a parenting podcast should be doing better parenting. Just another couple spoiled c list celebrity children.
