If you end up wanting to do colors, you could use photo-reflective tape of different colors per team, this would make the turret have a harder time shooting people with flashlights, but also tell them what team it is on. Good for balancing so people dont get pissed at you if they die to it lol

Very cool ! The internal structure here is actually so complicated with the rails and gears. The nuanced bearing for horizontal traverse. This resembles an actual product that I would see in a store with its multiple types of assembly based off of the task at hand. Mixing metal and plastic like that. Very cool! Thanks for sharing your cool projects.
How hard would it be to add code to move the gun wings appropriately to The Turret Opera? 🤣 Haven't played Portal in over a decade, I might have to, today, because I saw this. Thank you! ❤

Tracer LEDs will be cool. Regret that I didn’t have this idea at the time, and there is no room for this modification in terms of mechanics or electronics.
