Thats what happens when you make the song just right! Music is meant to accompany the vocals, not drown them out :) it attributes to the song in just the right amount, each part of the song measured perfectly to create something lovely, so light and fluffy and sweet as could be- just like a muffin, wouldnt you say?
I personally think this is born from MoMo’s incredible editing skills; I don’t think he’s just putting these together by playing duet after duet, but also controlling audio balance.
@@nyloaf I think you're confusing a few things. Sure, mostly in songs the music is meant to accompany the vocals but all music necessarily is not meant to accompany vocals. Vocals are an instrument just like any other. Some songs actually use vocals to accompany the music or the main instrument. :D

Getting songs in your dreams isn't too weird as a musician, but being able to hold onto it for long enough to record some of it is pretty damn hard to do.
The thing I like the most about this is that you can always hear the original guitar. Nobody tries to drown him out unlike other similar types of videos.

It is hell for sure... As a musician I work quite a bit with stems, especially because of computer limitations... It's not impossible, you just need a bit of dedication. I'm sure he took about 4-5 hours to make this

The funny part about this is that this whole thing could be played in a kind of modern saloon orchestra. They use a lot of classic instruments and vocals there but also more blue-styled modern ones like drums, basses, guitars and support vocals. Honestly, it is well made enough to be a song on its own

Well done! Perfect volume of each part; the main melodies and the side instruments are well balanced. Especially the clarinet inputs, not too absent but also not too overpowering, blending well with the vocals (as a clarinetist, this makes me happy haha). The instrumentals break in the middle was perfect too, a good breather.

The funny part about this is that this whole thing could be played in a kind of modern saloon orchestra. They use a lot of classic instruments and vocals there but also more blue-styled modern ones like drums, basses, guitars and support vocals. Honestly, it is well made enough to be a song on its own

Well done! Perfect volume of each part; the main melodies and the side instruments are well balanced. Especially the clarinet inputs, not too absent but also not too overpowering, blending well with the vocals (as a clarinetist, this makes me happy haha). The instrumentals break in the middle was perfect too, a good breather.
