I think whaterwheel needs a slight hit box buff cus it barley hits so does whirlpool also not cus they dodged like it clearly hits them but the hit box is so bad it doesn’t count it

When using Whirlpool, I would uptilt the opponent, whirlpool, hold space to ladder and m1, then down slam and water wheel.
