nah dude no worries. sorry for giving the impression i disliked straight edge as a whole, it's simply some of the edge kids whom i've had contact with seem to relish the chance to ridicule those who aren't. not necessarily directly, just the vague, snide remarks about smoking and whatnot. not to mention some of the merch -.-
i love this band, but the whole straight edge pride business really gets on my nerves. why should anyone care whether you drink/smoke or not. most straight edge kids don't realise their 'way of life' is just as uninteresting as everyone elses.
