In this question, should i design it using overlapping or no-overlapping? Can u please explain it? :( I am depresively waitin your answer :(
Number of input terminals of encoder is 2power n but mam your connect flash adc in only 7ip terminals and another 8th terminal is please connect the ground terminal

Yes you are right the state diagram is a moore one because, output are not dependent on input but only on state. So its moore diagram. You can see for each state there is single output that is not varying for inputs. I hope its clear
Also you can Realize the state diagram.using d flip flop. Draw state transition table and give present state and next state for different inputs and then realize using flipflops. Just like we do for counter design.

I think since it's a series of data flow you should use overlapping method.

btw i think it is moore. And this circuit has d flip flop. but i am not sure teacher. that was the first i saw such a diagram.
